Loved everything about this place. Location is outstanding for access of all Wrigleyville and transportation downtown. Yes the El is very close but didn’t bother us at all. Will be looking to book here for our next stay when the time comes.

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood within short walks to Wrigley field, shops and a fun variety of restaurants! It has been newly updated and is very comfortable and has your basic necessities…may seem minor but it’s such a big deal for travelers! The train is literally right outside the windows but don’t let that scare you away from this property…at least personally we didn’t mind and we were able to sleep fine. It has two amenities that I find a lot of value in…parking and multiple bathrooms! You really won’t be disappointed.

Updated 2nd level walk up within walking distance to Wriggly. Nice property for our long weekend getaway to catch a Cubs game. The L runs along side the building but after the first day we didn’t really notice it even though we come from a rural area & use to the super quiet nights.
The owner was supper responsive & helpful.
Would definitely stay again if in town for catching a game!

Perfect location for our needs. Clean and uncluttered. Not bothered by the train but something for light sleepers to consider. Parking space a huge plus. Host was responsive and helpful.

The apt is just like it’s photos, clean, comfortable and really great location. Close to the Clark/Addison action, but on a quiet street and the el passing didn’t bother us a bit. I would stay here again and highly recommend. William is quick to respond and the two parking spaces are a big bonus.

Within walking distance of Wrigley Field and multiple train stops. Also close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars, etc. It’s right under the train tracks but honestly the sound was really soothing, similar to thunder rumbling. Really cool location! Would totally stay here again!

We loved this apartment. We had no problems getting into the unit. You can walk and drive to many shops and restaurants. The two parking spaces were a god send. The apartment is beautiful and the train did not bother us at all. We will stay here again for sure!

This was a lovely stay—clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated unit convenient to shops and restaurants and of course Wrigley Field. We’ll be back.

The place was very cute. Had everything you would need ie coffee, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The lockbox was a little difficult to get into but once that was opened the checkin process was great.
The biggest drawback was that the apartment is RIGHT next to the train. It is very loud and runs regularly. Also, there was a party going on downstairs which was also loud. Not really any fault of the property owner. The neighborhood was great and the location with the proximity to the city nice. Felt safe. It served our purpose but bathrooms could have been a tad cleaner

We were going to shows at the Metro and wanted something within walking distance. Not a lot of hotels in this area so we decided to VRBO. This location was perfect - far enough off the main drag by Wrigley but easy to get to L and venue. It is next to tracks but it isn't bad. Had a brief snafu when we arrived, previous tenants didn't put key in the lockbox, but we were pretty quickly able to resolve that.

I was a little concerned about the proximity to the L train, but we all got used to it very quickly and everyone slept well. walking distance to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville was important to us.. This place nailed it.

Our family of 5 came to celebrate our son's 30 birthday at a Cubs game in Chicago. This place was a perfect location to walk to Wrigley! Check in was easy and William was very attentive to our needs! The flat was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable!

William’s communication was great and he answered all my questions quickly. The property itself was right next to the train tracks, but the noise was barely noticeable. We were a few minute walk to all the hustle and bustle of Wrigleyville.

Stayed at this property for a staycation in the city with some of my out of town friends. The listing was perfect for the 6 of us and check in was easy as can be! William’s communication was great and he answered all my questions quickly. The property itself was right next to the train tracks, but the noise was barely noticeable. Neighborhood was quiet, although I was here in winter. Short walk to Wrigleyville, Clark Street restaurants and bars. Also easy walk to L station and other shops and food. Owner was very responsive when I needed to touch base. Excellent stay!
