The kitchen has lots of great supplies for cooking along with a toaster, coffee make and hot pot. There is a full size gas stove and oven and plenty of cleaning supplies. The full size bathroom is supplied with soft towels, soap and shampoo. There is internet in the unit and a Smart TV with YouTube TV to watch local channels and you can bring your log ins for your favorite streaming apps. There is central heating and a MiniSplit unit for Air Conditioning in the summer months along with a ceiling fan. We just added a 240V 50amp RV outlet for EV charging. Bring your own cords and park in the EV spot! This is a self serve space, but you can reach me via phone. This is a residential area with some mixed housing and hotels nearby. You are in a residential neighborhood. The home is less then a half mile from the interstate and about the same to downtown. You can easily walk to the train station in 15-25 minutes. This space uses a Smart Lock for your enhanced security. Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am.
