Located in Boise, this charming house for $175 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This cute little bungalow is seconds away from from Boise State University, the greenbelt, downtown, airport, restaurants, and shops. Inside you will find a stylishly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom new home perfect for a business traveler or couples getaway. Located on Boise's up and coming Bench neighborhood you will love this central location. Inside you will find an open kitchen that looks into the main living area with a giant island for all to gather around. Each bedroom has been fitted with indulgent and oh-so comfortable queen sized mattresses. The master ensuite features a generous walk-in tiled shower. Cozy and comfortable this little bungalow sleeps four. House Rules: *Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. *There cannot be any more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight. *We do offer late check out and early check in for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really messes up our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. *This is a non-smoking house. $200 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking is found. *Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect our new flooring. *No pets are allowed. If discovered, any pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply. *Events (like a baby shower, reception, work meeting, company retreat, etc) are not allowed. *Sometimes its hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that you're sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors. *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost. *Any cancelled booking will be subject to a $150 cancel fee and any applicable credit card charges.

Enjoyed this clean house. Perfect for family of 3 or 4. Would recommend a few more kitchen items. Toaster. Really convenient location. Quiet neighborhood even though in a transitional place.

We were in town for our teenage son's soccer tournament. This house was great--located close to the soccer complex, to downtown Boise, and to great food. Very comfortable inside. Worked perfect for us, especially having a washer and dryer for soccer gear.

Great Property. Appreciated how new and clean everything was. Requested additional kitchen supplies and those were delivered promptly and were very useful. No complaints whatsoever. Our only criticism would be the overwhelming amount of weeds that have taken over the entire front and back yard which were ugly to look at and walk through. Will most likely stay at this property again in the future.

My husband and I loved the home. It was very simply but tastefully decorated, well supplied, and centrally located. It was one of the nicest vrbos that we have stayed in and we will definitely return in the future.

Clean and neat property that was perfect for our needs for a quick trip. Accommodations were simple and comfortable. Only negatives: the yard was full of weeds and there was no backyard seating, bbq, etc. but that was okay for us because we were indoors the entire time. Property managers were very responsive. Location was easily accessible. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This property was wonderful! The pictures didn’t do it justice. It was perfect for what I needed. The grocery store was within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a perfect place for me to get away and work! I would highly recommend this rental!

This house will not disappoint! It’s brand new, smells like new when you walk in. The rooms are both perfect and the bathrooms are so nice. Wish they had a sectional for more seating. Location is close to everything. Will return for sure!

Nice little house close to BSU. Could have used a few more kitchen items. I had to purchase a pot to cook pasta so I could cook dinner for my college kid and his friends but overall the house was nice.

This is an extremely clean, new home. It is well appointed and comfortable. All appliances are new and easy to use. The home is in a convenient area near a grocery store, gas station and Dutch Bros. It is an easy hop on to the highway and near the airport.
