Very relaxing place that worked well for our group of 5-6. Large table on deck overlooking golf course was perfect for a happy hour before dinner. A closet held all we needed for day on beach. The downstairs bed/bath are beautifully renovated. That said, the upper floor and loft could use some work. Broken and missing window screens are a problem when weather has been hot and you want to let in some cool air (no air cond.). While this may or may not matter to you, the carpets need replacing as they feel and look dirty and the upstairs bath can do with some renovation. But the price for the amount of room you have makes it acceptable.

The view is really beautiful right at the tee off for the first hole, plus you see the mountains through the beautiful pines. We stayed with 7 people - 3 adults and 4 teenagers. There is plenty of space to sleep, sit and eat in this home. The Primary Suite is updated, but there are some areas that could use some updating, the carpeting is worn and the upstairs bathroom is also outdated. The downstairs primary bathroom has radiant heated floors, which is great. The fridge was new and the stove and the oven worked great for our needs. The kitchen had plenty of plates and dishes and silverware, which was great. Also there was plenty of supply for detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. There was even some coffee and filters ready to go and we left a few K-cups as well for the next guest. Plenty of towels and linens throughout the home. The area is very beautiful and pleasant and quiet. My suggestion would be to convert the wet bar off of the living room into a half bath.... having 2 bathrooms for this size of house was a little difficult to manage with our 7 people. Seems it would be harder with a full house of 12. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked this property for family wedding which was 500 feet from the house, at the golf course. The location was perfect for this! The view over the golf course was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay! This is no reflection of the owners or property and most likely due to previous guests, but I came across a few dirty glasses and pots which were not clean. Again, I assume if was from previous guests not cleaning them properly and put them away dirty.

We booked this property for family wedding which was 500 feet from the house, at the golf course. The location was perfect for this! The view over the golf course was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay! This is no reflection of the owners or property and most likely due to previous guests, but I came across a few dirty glasses and pots which were not clean. Again, I assume if was from previous guests not cleaning them properly and put them away dirty.

The house is very spacious, and the surrounding is quiet and beautiful. Only 15 minutes or so from Mt. Rose - Ski Tahoe. If you have very small children (2.5 year+), be careful when they are around the bear table in the living room. The heavy thick glass (I guess at least 20 lbs) could slid down and landed on their feet if they lean on it. Overall, everything's great. I loved the handheld shower head which is great for kids. The WiFi is actually very good too.
