Thanks to the bedroom layout, four total beds, second living room in the basement (including a Ping Pong Table, foosball table and projector) and contemporary kitchen, you can still relax in private even if you’re staying with additional friends and family. If you do want to get out and explore we are only 5 minutes to Walsh University, Belden Village, The Strip and CAK and only 30 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Other Things to Note: There is a weather security camera facing the driveway. There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee.
