Inside, you'll find an open, island kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare anything from beach snacks to full-course dinners. Meet up for mealtimes or family game nights at the nearby table for six, and then channel surf or pop in a Blu-ray or two for movie nights in the cozy living area. Don't forget the popcorn! And outside, you'll find a furnished deck with a gas grill for perfect summertime cookouts, an enclosed yard, and a private hot tub for relaxing soaks. For sleeping options, there are three bedrooms. Two are on the second floor and both are equipped with cable TVs and Blu-ray DVD players. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Also on the second floor is a bonus game room with cable TV, a Blu-ray player, and a futon for extra sleeping accommodations. The third floor has four twin beds in an open-loft arrangement, and there are two TVs with Blu-ray players. This home is right across the street from the community park, and the shared swimming pool and exercise facilities are close by as well. Walk across the community park to the beach access, or take the short stroll to historic Nelscott where you can browse for hours in the famous Robert's Bookshop, second only to Powell's Books in Portland. Things to Know Free WiFi The family dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee Beach towels provided * Please note: guests do not have access to room over the garage ** Bluetooth speaker available in living room *** Third-floor TVs do not have cable If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had a great time at this property!
Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is pretty well outfitted (bring a larger pot and skillet if you've got a big group!), and we were pleased to find several board games to choose from.
Future renters, note: there are a LOT of steep stairs! It didn't slow us down any, but may be important for families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns.
...and finally, to the powers that be, we discovered that the dishwasher isn't currently working.

This house was just what we needed for a weekend in Lincoln city. Perfect for kids and dogs. We appreciated the beach toys available for our kiddos. Adjustable heat in each bedroom was nice for warming up after cold mornings on the beach!

The house was great, my only complaint was with the check in being delayed due to a late check out from the previous guests. We were on the way with small children and had nowhere to go. Was told twice that the local property manager would call and it never happened.

Nice house, quite a distance to walk to the beach with tons of steps down to the beach area . A challenge for elderly or toddlers. The gas fireplace was locked so couldn’t turn that on.

Lots of space in this well maintained home. It’s not easy finding a pet friendly house with a hut tub close to the beach. We had a great time and would love to come back. The only downside was the 4PM check in and 10AM checkout.

Very cute modern farmhouse style home.. with plenty of beds to sleep atleast 10 comfortably. Love the twin bed rooms upstairs. Wasn’t wild about the quite a bit of dog hair in the home, but that’s because I’m not a pet owner.
Otherwise very nice/very pleasant stay. The fireplace was so cozy! ♥️

We really enjoyed our stay. They house was clean and fairly well stocked. The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike, but very doable. And the community park was literally around the corner. We had a few people drop by one night and the house and deck were more than sufficient to handle our group.
The only inconveniences were a missing rack to the dishwasher and only one full propane tank that we had to swap between the grill and the fire pit.
Otherwise this is a great house to sleep a number of people in a quiet little corner of Lincoln City

We loved this property… beautiful home with plenty of room for the kids to enjoy. Very clean upon checkin, and when there was an issue with the BBQ the property manager responded quickly and resolved it. We love the neighborhood and the pool was a hit for sure. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here with my family of 9 and our two family dogs. There is a cute community park across the way and a community pool up the street. The parking and street access to this place is extremely narrow so if you have a truck you are going to have a hard time getting in and out of the parking space. There isn’t air conditioning but we just cracked windows open and used the ceiling fans. Hot tub was great, keep in mind there isn’t the best lighting at night for the hot tub but there are LED lights in the hot tub itself. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house!! We had a great weekend wish it was a longer stay. Great layout of rooms. All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor which was fine for us this trip but with young kids or adults with mobility issues that would not work out well. Again though great house with lots of eighborhood amenities also.
