About this house rental
Newly Renovated Guest House with Wow Factor High End Design Details: Rock Wall, Victorian Bath, Exquisite Bathroom Fixtures, Interior Barn door. Unpresuming on the outside, plenty of design surprises on the inside. Close to the preferred moderate hiking trail in north central phoenix. Property has 50 young food plants and trees: all should be food bearing in 3 years. This year we have figs, grapes and grapefruits from mature plants. In the future we will have limes, lemons, peaches, nectarines, apples, dates, bananas, mangoes, tangerines, kumquats, limequats, asian pears and many more. Children's garden has 4 tangerines and 1 apple tree. The rock wall will be an impressive back drop for travelers doing video conferencing meetings or webinars. Comfortable desk chair, desk, WiFi and printer complete the office.
Colorful bright blue kitchen has plentiful appliances including drip, pods, and pour-over coffee. We also have a food processor, blender, juicer, and toaster. We think our bathrooms are over-the-top gorgeous, not to be expected in this small house. The victorian bathroom and the rustic bathroom are both instagram worthy. This is a great quiet place to teach kids about tree farming. Also a great retreat for writers and business travelers. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with timely access to shopping, downtown, airport, and sports venues. A real garden retreat in the heart of the city. Hikers and dogs can be seen in the morning and evening accessing trails that are easy walking distance from the house. Lots of birds and rabbits are in the yard. Walking access is through a driveway and then across the yard behind the front house into Truly an interesting, quiet and unique property.

This was a wonderful little house!! The kitchen was very well stocked, and both bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The owner was friendly and quick to communicate with us! The decor was very nice, too. We really felt at home. If/when we are in the Phoenix area again, we will definitely stay here again!!
