We have been visiting Yachats for many years and we have stayed in many hotels and vacation rentals. This one was excellent. It was on the beach and the view was fabulous. The home was roomy and was well stocked with everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and dishes. There were no hot water issues. The hot tub worked beautifully with no issues. The house was very clean. Even though we had many guests the upstairs conversations did not travel downstairs to those watching TV or having their own conversations. Overall a great place to stay. The host, Duke, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.We will stay there again!Brent

Our stay at Changing Tides in Yachats was exceptional! It was clean and every detail was attended to. The host, Duke, was responsive to every inquiry I had. The fact that this home is right on the shore line with exceptional viewing windows made it extra special as we were mesmerized by the November weather and king tides!
