There was a slight issue with check-in and parking passes with security but other than that we had a wonderful stay! Sabra was a wonderful host and very responsive!

Great property and excellent host. Property had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Rental included use of a golf cart to get around the neighborhood and to the beach. Gated community so felt very safe. Sabra was very responsive and accommodating - could not have been a better host! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if we're in town.

This is our second stay at this property. As in the first, the property is wonderful and the location is awesome. We had our doggies with us, which made the stay even bettet. ALL AMENITIES are on property and the gold cart was a plus. The owner is very responsive to emails and very helpfull. Definitely will continue to stay at this property and will recommend to all my friends.

The house was beautifully decorated!!! Very clean! Everything was easy access! My kids loved playing on the golf cart!

Pictures and description did not do our rental justice. The home is beautiful, and it was so easy to reach Sabra. The neighborhood was definitely family friendly and in a beautiful location. Being so close to the beach was an extra bonus. Will stay again!

This property was just as clean and welcoming as advertised! Great place to base and explore the area. We especially enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and eating at the Conch Cafe. The hosts were highly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this community for a relaxing and safe area with abundant amenities, and nearby attractions. Comfy beds for a good night's rest, too!

Nothing more I can say…everything we needed was there…from beach toys to kites to a crockpot…ac was out but owner was very sorry and I know stuff happens…

Relaxing place to stay

This property has great aesthetics, especially the impeccable inside decor with a beach theme and soothing shades of blue. Great location and proximity to the beach with lots fun provided by the inclusion of a golf cart! Large deck is the perfect place to enjoy cool evenings. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

We have stayed here twice this year and absolutely loved it. We are planning to return for a third trip in the next couple of months. Highly reccommend.

We received all the pertinent info we needed to enter the property. This made it fast and efficient.

This was such a cute property. Instantly felt like home. Loved the open floor plan. Decorated nicely. We've stayed in the Oceanside Village before and this was definitely one of the nicer places. Had all the comforts of home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Will definitely stay here again. The owner, Sabra, was extremely helpful before & during our stay.

Great house with quick access to the beach. The golf cart was so convenient and great for beach trips. The house has a great beach vibe and front porch area! We appreciated the gated community as we were traveling with our two kiddos. Definitely recommend.

The house had everything you need and more. On top of that, the decor was exquisit and it was immaculate. The golf cart is perfect for going to the beach, grocery shopping and moving around in the community. We used our car only a few times. Sabra is a fantastic owner and was very quick to communicate back and forth. Do yourselves a favor and take her recommendations (inside a neat folder you'll get) of placed to try: every single one was a blast.

Have stayed in oceanside village for 6 years, this was far and away the best rental house. Great communication with owner, very clean, and everything worked! Updated interior, large deck. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The house looked exactly like the pictures and was very pleased with all the amenities that came with the rental. The workers at the community are top notch and friendly. This is a very family and dog friendly neighborhood. The pools are great for the kids to find someone to play with. The provided golf cart was wonderful to take to the beach with private parking for the community. Sabra is a great host. She is quick to answer any questions you may have and provides information needed for your stay. I’m happy with the rental and will be considering a future stay at this location.

The property was perfect for me and my girls for our close to home vacation. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond to all my questions prior to visit and also very kind to help me out after check out, when my daughter forgot here ipad. Property included a golf cart which was very helpful when traveling back forth from the pool/beach. owner was kind enough to leave a gift certificate for the Conch Cafe! We had a great family vacation! The house is PERFECT and the owners were quick to respond to any questions and really made you feel at home!! We have been staying in OSV for a few years now and this has been by far the best experience! The kids loved riding in the golf cart to the beach and around the neighborhood! The house has EVERYTHING you need for your stay and so many amenities! We can’t wait to come back next summer! The property was lovely and well-equipped with literally everything our family needed for a beach trip. Safe, quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities and the golf cart was fun!! Owners left Crumble cookies for us too!

Layout of the home was perfect for me and my two daughters. Everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy our stay was provided. Home is very cozy and the natural lighting to wonderful to wake up to. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to the beach and so easy to access HWY 17 to find restaurants or shopping. All you have to bring to enjoy this splendid home is food and clothes, everything else is supplied. The use of the golf cart was terrific and most convenient. Neighbors very friendly, and everyone is there with the same goal: FUN AND SUN! Will be returning for a longer stay.

Where do I start to say how amazing this trip was for my mother, my daughter and myself. This rental was on the top of my list especially with my somewhat handicapped mother as the steps were so minimal especially having a gold cart to get around everywhere. We had a mishap with the golf cart the first day(so sorry again) but Sabra and her husband were so gracious ,even supplied a replacement to use then came the next day to fix the wiring on the one we broke along with gourmet cookies. The house is upscale decor with a homey feel and supplied with anything you could possibly think of. I highly recommend this rental and cannot forget to mention how nice the deck is as we sat out there quite a bit. Thank you Sabra for allowing us to share Bonnie’s home , it was an amazing time for us!

Property is great! It is very clean and has everything you can think of! Just pack your bags and go. It was my niece and nephews first time at beach and she made it very enjoyable for them. She had cold water and goodies waiting for us when we got there, even something for the dog! They were fast answering with anything we needed. The golf cart was great to have as well! We also got to meet her sister, very nice people!! We already booked another trip in August! Thank you so much for making us feel right at home, we truly appreciate it ❤️
