This luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 12 and offers sweeping views of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains. Its central location next to Lookout Park with an outdoor fireplace, professional gas grill, pickleball court, kid’s playground and expansive grass lawn makes this home hard to resist. Rendezvous is just steps away from a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pit complete with sticks for roasting marshmallows. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a spacious living area with ample room for everyone in your party to spread out, relax or share a meal at the large dining table. French doors lead to a covered wraparound porch, almost doubling the living area. In the winter months, cozy up by the fire and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. No detail was overlooked in the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room. A mudroom with a full washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The three bedrooms on the second floor have their own private bathrooms and are comfortably furnished with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The two master suites have king beds, en-suite bathrooms, flat screen televisions and French doors opening to a wraparound deck, offering stunning panoramic views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom across the hall. The third floor features a huge media and game room with plenty of space to host a movie night, Super Bowl party or for the kids to play. A wide assortment of games and Legos are provided. The adjacent bunk room has six single beds, an attached bathroom, and closet with built-in storage bins for guests to keep their belongings. The complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available as well as two cruiser bikes to ride around the Lookout. The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. We came in for a week long vacation. Immediately noticed the freezer was not working. After calling and waiting for an hour for someone to come, had to call again since the food we brought had been sitting in coolers for 6+ hours. The freezer was not fixable so they could only get us a second fridge. However since now it was after hours, there was only one guy working. So my father and husband had to help the kid load up the Fridays, bring it to the house and carry it up the porch steps into the house. Not exactly the relaxing vacation we thought. After removing a few doors to get the fridge in we had to wait for it to cool down. The fridge was warm from sitting in storage so it would still take a good 24 hours before that freezer would work. So off to the store at 9 pm to buy another ice chest and lots of ice to try to keep our weeks worth of food from spoiling. The freezer never worked in the original fridge but once the new one was to temp it worked fine. But it was all such a hassle from the moment we pulled in. Not to mention, there are no kid movies on hand (only empty dvd cases), none of the board games had any pieces (the monopoly game had six different games parts in the box and no actual monopoly pieces). For the price of the rental I would expect more. There are no ways to stream tv or movies so make sure you bring your own dvds. Otherwise the TVs will be mostly useless. The house layout and location was great. The owners stopped by after hearing about our ordeal to check in which I appreciated. But the management of the property just failed. The price just wasn’t worth it b

We are huge fans of The Lookout and this has been our favorite home to rent. The location is perfect but it's the home that keeps us coming back. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kids love hanging out in the upper level media room. I also appreciate that all the rooms are big enough to hold everyone. Many of the other homes sleep a lot of people, but good luck fitting them all in the living room for an evening of games. The deep double decker decks provide a lot of outdoor space, and the fact that it's a wraparound deck allows you to seek out shade or sun depending on the time of day. Such a thoughtfully planned vacation home.

We really loved staying at this house. It was in an amazing central location within The Lookout. It was right by the green belt, pool, and easy access to cut through trails to the lake access. We had three families with small children and there was a place for everyone. I always love when a property has things that you might not even thought to bring. We had a small maintenance issue (which was not a big deal), but with a quick call to The Lookout staff and they were at our front door in 5 minutes ready to solve. Hotel service in your own private home, doesn't get much better.

The Rendezvous house is in a great location and is set up very well for families with the combination of the 3rd floor bunk/media room for kids and the 2 king masters + the queen on the 2nd. The only issue is the roof line dumps melting snow or rain directly over both of the main stairways leaving the house. These froze into a giant ice block overnight.

This is our second year staying in a home in The Lookout for Thanksgiving, and I plan to make it a yearly tradition. The neighborhood is beautiful, with the most adorable houses and amazing views of the mountains and lake. This house was huge and perfect for us and our kids. There was so much space and plenty of beds for everyone, and the kids were thrilled to discover a closet full of bean bag chairs :)
The dishwasher didn't work properly, so we had to hand wash the dishes, so hopefully that gets fixed. People renting this home should know that the owners live in the apartment above the garage.
The location of this home is ideal, right across the street from the playground, open field, pickle ball court, hot tub... The big pool and hot tub are just a quick walk away. The pool's heater was being worked on, so it wasn't heated, but that didn't stop some of us from swimming.
This has become one of our favorite places, and some of our best memories have been made here. We look forward to staying here in the years to come!

Let’s be honest, the cost of these places is so expensive but you tell yourself that the house and community are great so it’s worth it. The house cabinets were chipped and really outdated. We have 3 kids and every board game/puzzle was broken, missing pieces or the boxes were empty. The keyless entry didn’t work and the deck was old that one of kids got a cut on their foot from the old wood. Great location, not a great house. The bed was so squeaky that when my wife rolled over I woke up and vice versa. For the cost this place should be a lot better. Will not stay here again.

We love the Lookout! This was our most favorite stay to date and our 4th year staying within The Lookout. This home was great for the kids as they had a beautiful 3rd level all for them, including a media space. Great stay. We loved the lake access and the new pool!

We had a wonderful time! The house was almost perfect (we texted a couple of small things that they needed to know). The only concerning part was how infrequently all of the employees wore masks. They came into our home without masks and chatted closely to us without masks on. During this time, we thought all employees working in WA state needed to wear masks. It was a little unsettling.

Great house with 2 master suites. 3rd floor perfect for kids with bunk room and bonus room. Only complaint was A/C was programmed so it couldn’t go below a certain temp which simply wasn’t cool enough for hot Chelan nights. Other than that it’s a great house for 2 families.

The house was great for our group but because of the smoke in Chelan we had to cut our planned 7 day trip down to 3 days. The Air Quality Index had risen to 510...hazardous! We had small children on the trip and just stayed inside, but finally just had to leave and the smoke was bothering all of us.
We had a problem with the refrigerator being too warm and the maintenance staff found that one of the vents had iced over. He fixed it. We asked them to check the air filter which they did. I was filthy black and they put in a new one.
