Ocean front cozy condo. The unit is located in The Terraces at Beachside. This is a desired location on the island. It is less than 2 miles from Downtown Fernandina. This unit is set up to be your home away from home. We have all the items you will need to enjoy your vacation.

We were staying in Fernandina Beach for our anniversary weekend with another couple who had the same weekend. The unit is in a great location however, if you want two couples to stay there, I would not suggest it only one master suite the other bedroom has no furniture to put your clothes or a mirror. The second bedroom has no original HVAC - it has a separate wall unit which does not cool the room well- the bathroom is down the hall by the front door so there’s no privacy. It would be great for parents with kids, but not to adult couples - not a great supply of linens - old and did not seem clean. Also, parking was limited. There was only one space available to each unit The host has old. I d cleanwianadults
