Welcome to this beautiful brick condo located in the heart of downtown Newburyport. Walk out your front door and enjoy the shops,restraints, waterfront boardwalk and ll that this historic city has to offer. The condo is located on the second floor of a row house with off street parking for 2 cars. The condo has a washer dryer, fully furnished kitchen, central air conditioning and a nice exterior deck. The condo sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other. You will enjoy the cozy living room with wide screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. 30+ days for minimum rental.

Beautiful rental property. Location, off street parking, and amenities separate this property from others. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We were a little concerned about the shower from lack of pictures on VRBO, but were very pleased with very good water pressure.We will definitely be back!

The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The location to downtown is great ... just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and waterfront. The host was very responsive and pleasant. Would highly recommend for your next stay in Newburyport!

This condo was everything that we were looking for! First off, it was a beautiful unit from the decor to the exposed brick. The bedrooms were perfectly sized and the beds were super comfy. We also appreciated the extra blankets and firmness options for the pillows! The bathroom was well stocked with good water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Michael was quick to respond to all our questions. We especially loved that we were in walking distance to whatever we needed, with the added bonus of being super close to our best friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. Stairs up to second floor so this is a middle floor condo with neighbors upstairs and downstairs. Great location to walk to everything, and all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend.
