Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and high end neighborhood. The space Newly remodeled. Brand new bedding, bathroom, kitchen. Very clean. Fully vaccinated hosts make sure safe and sanitized stay for all guests. Very close to historic downtown Willow Glen, San Jose with restaurants and businesses reopening. Shared driveway with our other Airbnb listing guests. Yard maintenance crew, cleaning crew and host will be around to help maintain the house. You'll probably see them in and out periodically. Guest access Wifi, Roku streaming, bus, VTA train and CalTrain, designated parking. Other things to note This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Guests have designated parking. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

The property was very clean, easy check in, great kitchen. 10 minute drive to the SJ Convention Center. I would recommend a stay here.

Perfect for what we needed

Perfect for what we needed

Conveniently located, we were in town for daughters wedding and were only 5 minutes away from her. The property is on a busy road, but we didn’t have any noise from traffic. Parking was easy in the driveway. Has nice big kitchen with washer and dryer. I would definitely stay again

Great Extended Weekend Stay with My SIster & Niece

We all met in San Jose (from Oregon & Wisconsin) to visit with family who were just 5 minutes away from the property. The location was perfect and was also close to the nice Willow Glen neighborhood. The property had been renovated with a great kitchen and was cute and very clean. The street out front is a busy one so you can hear the traffic from the front room, but it didn't bother us at all as we spent most of our time out and about. We didn't even use the beautifully equipped kitchen for anything else other and coffee and cold drinks. The hosts, Michelle, and Ray were easy to communicate with and checked in with us to ensure we enjoying our stay. When we booked the listing did say there were two full bathrooms, but we only saw one. There was a door at the back of the kitchen but it had a curtain hanging in front of it and was blocked by chairs, which I took to mean that the area it led to was off limits. But, we were just fine with sharing the one bathroom and it didn't tarnish our stay at all so I never even asked the hosts about it for our quick stay. Pros: Clean and comfortable place, great communication from the host, safe parking on site, great neighborhood, has washer & dryer in unit. Downsides: Laundry is in the kitchen, next to the living room and is loud. Not many electrical outlets in the bedroom if you need to charge your smart phone, computer, other equipment and use the light on the small but cute desk in the bedroom. Overall it was a comfortable and fun extended weekend visit for all of us. I would definitely book again in the future.
