This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

A clean, comfortable, spacious layout for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Well decorated with thoughtful touches, including a compact window air conditioner in every room. (Important because it was a rare 104 degree day when we arrived.) Ray and Michelle were very responsive. All together it made for a very nice stay.

Bathroom vent was very dirty. Everything else was great. Not a fan of backing out onto the busy street, but we did ok.

The property was well stocked and clean. Great little house with everything you would need. It is on a busy road, so be careful backing out of the drive way if you have a car.
