Welcome to the Greenside Getaway. This ground floor condo is located 60 yards from the 16th green of the Pinehurst #5 Course. A+ location! Walk to The Cradle, Clubhouse, Village Square and the Fair Barn. Enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the view from the back patio that provides NonStop golf action! You can see 4 holes of Pinehurst courses! 4 Full beds with gel memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Pet Friendly! Our condo is located right on the 16th Green of #5 course. Panoramic views from the back patio with plenty of seating. Brand new gel memory foam mattresses(medium firm). 2 Full bathrooms. 4k smart Tv in each bedroom and the living room with a perfect practice putting mat. Professionally cleaned linens and condo prior to your arrival. Guests have access to the entire condo and condo common areas. I’m available by call or text at anytime on your trip. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! Golf Front Condo with fantastic panoramic views all the way to the clubhouse. Local Taxi Service, Walking Distance to everything, Uber/Lyft We are pet friendly. $89 per trip. Please feel free to message host with any questions or concerns. PETS allowed additional $30 per night. Any Smoking Must be Done OUTSIDE of the Condo and Balcony. These are 100% wood construction. NO Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. No Wedding After Parties. NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10PM.

Fantastic ground floor condo located at the 16th green of Pinehurst #5. Clean interior and very well maintained. The bedrooms have two double beds in each, which could be a problem if you're a tall person (as I am). Otherwise, wonderful unit. Highly recommended.

The location of this condo is perfect. We literally walked to our tee time on #3, walked to the Cradle every day, it couldn’t have been better unless we were literally staying at the Pinehurst clubhouse. The condo was clean, easy to check in, and David was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect! The amenities were better than expected! The decor was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening wine on the porch watching everyone get out of the bunker 😃

This is one of our best rentals in Pinehurst! Location can’t be beat! The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Check in and check out a breeze and communication with owner was great. We hope to stay again when visiting Pinehurst!

Golfing Spring Break with my 10 and 12 year old boys. Location was GREAT, and the Pinehurst Culture warms your heart. This VRBO was priced right and GREAT location. Owner is kind and responsive to all inquiries. The view from this Unit is also very good, looking directly at 16 green of Pinehurst #5, with the clubhouse in the distance. Not staying at the resort limits the availability of golf, but that was known going in. Still had access to Three Great Pinehurst courses 1, 3, and 5, the Cradle and Practice facilities which is second to none and all walking distance/ or cart. Great way to experience Pinehurst on a budget.

Property is well maintained and worked well for our family of three. Kitchen is well equipped. Great view of the 19th green from the large porch. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easy check out, no ridiculous cleaning tasks like some other places. Great location, basically right across the street from the Pinehurst clubhouse.

Very nicely furnished with the exception of the beds which I found very uncomfortable. Memory foam on a slab basically. Great otherwise but a bad nights sleep isn't what I want on a trip.

Had an awesome stay here! Everything was clean and David was awesome. Definitely plan on making Pinehurst a yearly trip and will definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect location and set up!
Everything was as listed! We were in town for a youth golf tournament and this location was perfect for our family of four. This condo is close to not only the golf, but everything else. Owners communication was excellent!

You could walk to Pinehurst Country Club! Bottom floor that looked over a green for one of the courses. Comfortable beds, nice size, kitchen had all we needed, laundry close by, and nice common area. Highly recommend.

Golf Trip for Grandson
The place was very clean, in a nice area. We were there for our 13 year old grandsons golf tournament. Owners have a good list of restaurants, grocery stores etc. will stay there again if return to Pinehurst.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owners were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. There was nothing we lacked in the condo with many nice touches. It was very nice to enjoy the golf course view as well. We highly recommend this lovely condo.
