I traveled to this property with four other adult family members and my small dog. The home had everything we needed and was in great condition. There were plenty towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies for our group. The pool was lovely and the patio area was large. Michael was responsive and helpful in each communication. I recommend the property!

Heater on pool didnt work water was too cold to swim. Microwave broken. Had to take time out of our vacation to replace it ourselves and haad to eat out the first few days at an aexpnse we were not expecting. The code ot get in didnt work. After a long day at the airport we finally get to the house and couldnt get in. Once he let us in we were unable to lock the door when we left the house. Then the garbage disposal stopped working. The trip was a hot mess!

I stayed at this location with 3 co-workers. It was less expensive than 4 hotel rooms and was way nicer. Plus the water pressure in the shower is fantastic! Next time I will bring my boat and fish for a couple days rather than just working!!

Here it is! Property was newly renovated and has an excellent split floorplan for families with kids or 2 couples. There are new appliances, furniture, and finishes. The bathrooms were clean and fresh and beds were very comfortable! The pool was in good working order and was very clean. The dock has a long sea wall and a fish light! We caught a Black Drum off the dock that was over 24" long! I've stayed at multiple canal homes in Punta Gorda and between the check-in process, condition of the home, and the Host's communication this is by far my preferred rental!

The home was exactly how it was described - Peaceful! It was a sibling and spouse get away and we had a great weekend. The home was clean, pool was fun and it was nice to have coffee on the dock! We left saying we need to plan to go again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable and provided all essentials for the stay. The property manager was responsive to texts. The neighborhood was very clean, safe and enjoyable to walk our pups. We really appreciated that the home was dog friendly. Overall a very positive stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was close to Punta Gorda for shopping and restaurants. The location on a canal also made it nice to sit by the water in the evening.

We had a terrific stay. The pool is fantastic and the rooms are spacious. We loved the big kitchen. The TVs worked great for us and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner communicated with us very well. We would stay at this house again.

Our group is respectful of the fact that Ian caused damage in the area, but we noted the following as needing attention to make this property pristine. -There were no washcloths or hand towels. Bath towels were very worn -The area around the pool was unattractive due to hurricane walls and broken chairs -The shower in the second bathroom was broken. When we arrived, it looked to be intact, but had been carefully placed to appear usable -Several lightbulbs were burnt out with no replacements -Probably our biggest surprise was there was no House Book to explain how things worked in the house. The greatest frustration for our group was no information on the televisions. Every home we have ever rented have included a great deal of information about the house, area, restaurants etc.

The house was lovely. The pool area was great all the family loved the pool. Sorry the lania was not repaired. Kitchen well equipped. Many lights in house needed light bulbs especially over the stove. The neighborhood was wonderful friendly people. Thanks for pool toys,fishing rods and bikes. Really enjoyed our two week. Host was nice to speak with thanks

We stayed at the home with our pets for 5 weeks, the property was very clean, the house was everything we expected based on the listing, home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We had concerns about hurricane damage that may have impacted our stay but our fears were very quickly addressed by our host, our biggest fear was the dogs being able to escape the pool and screened area but the host asked us to be prepared to have some screening missing …we quickly evaluated the area and were able to eliminate any potential for them to escape. We definitely are trying to reserve the home for 2024 it was a great getaway

Great stay and location. Home was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I tried to locate the brand so we could get one! The pool was clean and felt like a spa. We did have a few bumps which Michael took care of immediately. One was the alarm system. Michael’s response time was awesome. He stayed on the phone and walked me through it. It really was quite simple. It was determined it was a user error!lol. Gave 4 stars for check in. There was a delay due to the cleaning company. Michael stayed on top of it and communicated updates until we were able to check in. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next stay.

Pool had algae for the majority of our stay and we were unable to use it. Could not sign onto the internet for three days and had trouble contacting owner. House was comfortable to stay in.

The house was great, lots of room and we all loved the pool! Only downside was the AC broke down. Owner immediately contacted an HVAC company but it couldn't be repaired so we had to relocate to a hotel. However, Mike refunded our money for the two nights that we couldn't be in the house. Mike was very understanding and easy to communicate with.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time! The property has a good layout as a vacation home. The pool was well maintained and the view of the canal is awesome! Property located very close to fisherman’s village so shopping and restaurants are close by. Mike was super responsive to any questions/requests. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful time with family enjoyed the lanai, pool and watching the fish jump in the canal in the mornings. Close to the beaches. Mike was very responsive. Excellent experience can’t wait to stay again.

I enjoyed my extended stay at this home. It is in a lovely neighborhood and I felt safe. This is a very large home and the layout is perfect for families or two couples sharing a vacation. It was supplied with everything I needed. The beds are super comfortable! But the very best part is the huge lanai and heated pool. The communication with the owner was excellent! He was very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is great ! Only 15 minute ride from the Punta Gorda Airport and 6-8 minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The property is very comfortable and spacious and has all that is needed to have a worry free stay. Quite and friendly neighborhood are a huge plus! Kids can ride their bikes, skateboards, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful.
