Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and garden tub, walk-in closet, and a 65” Smart TV. Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a sleeper sofa in the fifth bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations, 75” Smart TV, laundry room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities include a private backyard, a covered screened-in patio with lounge furniture, private in-ground pool, walk-out dock, yard games, on-site parking, and keyless access. - Pool heat is an additional $25/day upon request only, please ensure the request is made at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. We loved our time at this beautiful home and property. After a slight snafu with the security code checking in, everything was smooth as silk. Beautiful view and super friendly communications make this a return visit for us for sure.

A beautiful property right on the Peace River with a private dock and a pool. The host was very responsive to my specific questions about the kitchen, since I was going to be cooking a TG dinner. The kitchen had everything I needed except a meat thermometer, which I purchased and left for future renters. (can't take that on the plane! lol) There were also a few spices and pantry condiments which were helpful. Sheets and lots of towels were provided. Comfortable beds, attractive decor, spacious rooms and the largest screened-in-patio I've ever seen with mini fridge, gas grill and lots of seating made this the perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving gathering (of eleven people). One note: Even though the host was very responsive to questions, it would be helpful to have a house-manual on site, maybe tucked in a kitchen drawer. The pool alarm went off while we were there and we had to scramble to find info about it to turn it off. We "think" it ended up turning itself off after a few minutes. Also, it was not obvious how to turn on the whirlpool or the pool vacuum. We rented kayaks at Paddle Me Happy at the Port Charlotte Beach Park. The owner, Lexie, was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house in a great location! Easy drive to Braves spring training games and also wonderful dinner spots within a few minutes. Would definitely stay again!
