Beautiful, newly renovated home; one mile away from Pinehurst Resort Golf Courses! 4Bed, 3 Bath home can sleep up to 8 with 4 individual beds including, King, two Queens and a Full. Open kitchen and living room concept allows for everyone in your party to enjoy and relax. Home was completely renovated in 2021. All bathrooms include marble! Outside is complete with private deck, grill, ping pong table, cornhole and pool! Kitchen complete with granite counter tops and new cabinets. Home has regular coffee maker. Enjoy unique and modern designs in kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. Living room includes smart tv with golf channel! Please no more than four cars at vacation home. Nestled in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood this property is modern and sparkling new inside! It’s located close to everything you need. We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was perfect for our adult children and their significant others.

Four of us spent two nights at the location for a golf trip. The house was clean and very nice, and the pool was great given the high temperatures. A suggestion would be to add some barware (old fashioned glasses, etc.) to the wine glasses, but that is a very minor criticism.

Place was perfect for us. Almost waliking distance to Pinehurst Resort. Communication through the VRBO to manger diesntvwork. Best to call Sandhills directly. They were very attentive to our needs (early checkin request). Also the kitchen could use some beer and cocktail glasses!

Check in/out was super easy and Sand Hills Rentals was great to work with. The house is recently renovated, super clean and a great layout! The pool was a hit with the kids and the house backs up to woods so is super private. They also loved the ping pong table in the garage! It is close enough to walk to town but not super easy since there aren't side walks. Rooms are set up great and the beds are very comfortable. We loved grilling out on the deck and preparing meals in the nicely remodeled kitchen. We will definitely be back next year.

This home had plenty of room for our entire family of 7. Kitchen was spacious for preparing several things at once. I suggested that some items be added or updated in the kitchen though. The entire home was very clean and newer with plenty of room if you needed some personal quiet time away from others. I enjoyed the local trail system daily that was a short walk from the home. We did have one minor issue when we arrived and sent a message through the app that was suggested to us to use if we needed maintenance but never got a response. So communication could be better. Other than that I would still highly recommend this place for anyone. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a beautiful area.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed home! We highly recommend it for location, cleanliness & overall amenities. We did have confusion with the bath towels & after washing some, had put them in the closet for the next guest. I hope this does not create a problem. We plan to return for our next Pinehurst visit!

We loved our stay at 25 McQueen. The house is perfect, recently remodeled and extremely clean. The beds are really comfortable and the layout of the house is perfect. The house backs up to a wooded area so the pool area and deck are very private. Only critique is the kitchen is lacking a bit of supplies to really cook a family meal and the back of the property could us a bit of an upgrade and some TLC. Small issues that really didn't take away from our trip... can't wait to get back! (Also communication with the staff was outstanding... I had a slight issue with the grill and they even offered to stop by to help!)

Overall the place was comfortable with plenty of room. There were a few things that hadn't been cleaned, mainly the master toilet. Since ladies often like two towels for showering, I would suggest upping the amount of towels available.Pool was chilly, but I wouldn't want to pay for heat either!

Had thanksgiving with family and found this was super. Property was clean and everything worked kitchen has a good selection of cooking pans and full set of dishes. Had a wonderful time would highly recommend

Annual Golf Trip
Great location and perfect size for 4 friends. The pool was enjoyable on hot afternoons or evenings after golf. Very clean! My only negative is the lack of cooking pans and utensils. The house could use more (or at least one) nonstick pan. Overall great place to stay.

This place is perfect for golfers. A "no brainer" if you are booking several days of golf and/or relaxation in the Pinehurst area. The house has 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen/family room, and is very close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses.

Great house for gathering
This space was great for our two family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out but still be in the same space. Nice big deck with grill. Kids loved the ping pong. Nearby lots of great walking trails

We were all very happy with the rental. Very clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. It was what we needed it to be. The only downside was not having small tvs in the bedrooms. Even small 25in tvs in the rooms would be great. Other than that no complaints! Thanks for the great stay!

This newly renovated property was very functional for a larger group. We had a family of 8 adults staying there. Internet was great and could handle a number of people working remote.
Our only issues were that some basic items were not provided. Could be since this is a newer property. No wine glasses, no hair dyers, only three outdoor chairs and no table. For a larger property would have expected more chairs at a minimum. Only 2 plastic glasses and only one extra roll of toilet paper for bathrooms! None of these issues stopped us from enjoying the property but do think they are basic items that one expects in a property
