Guest House in the pines of Prescott, Arizona
Two large bedroom guest house with full size kitchen and laundry, 1,000 sq. ft. Only 3.5 miles to Whiskey Row/Downtown but is nestled amongst tall pines and offers privacy and tranquil relaxation. The guest house is located on our property but you have total privacy. Our guest house can sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a new comfy king size bed with a flat screen TV and walk in closet. The second bedroom has another new comfy queen size bed and the living room has an additional queen-size pull-out bed.
The living room area has a large flat screen TV. All TV’s have and multiple movie channels, high speed wireless Internet that keeps you in touch with your friends and family when you tell them about the exciting hiking and mountain bike trails all around. Our property has a tree house and a firepit for some campfire tales.
The modern full-size kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans and dishware includes coffee maker air fryer, and much more. Everything is brand new and super clean! The large dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze and the washer/dryer make longer stays more convenient. Central A/C and Heat keeps away the summer heat and chill of winter. Although, with four mild seasons often barely used

We had such a great time here. Elvis was here to great us. We enjoyed watching the beautiful scenery. There was a thunderstorm we sat on the covered porch to watch the lightening. Everything was super clean and new. The beds were so comfortable. We had such a pleasant experience with Terry and her husband. Anything we needed they were so gracious to accommodate us. We will definitely be back.
