The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway! This 2 unit apartment complex is located in the heart of wine county and surrounded by world class dining and wineries. Both the upstairs There is a private entrance to the apartment located up the back staircase on the deck. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor common area shared with the downstairs rental unit.and downstairsunits are utilized as vacation rentals.

This place was perfect for my family. We stayed her me because we had Xmas Eve event and didn’t want to drive home so we got this place to stay. It was huge, very nice, great amenities and veg clean!

We enjoyed our stay in Cloverdale in walking distance of everything - especially Plank for coffee, matcha tea and bran muffins!
Laundry facilities were also helpful.

This place was adorable. Lindsey had great communication and even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The property is centrally located to shops and restaurants in this seemingly safe little town. We were even able to get some laundry done with the provided detergent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only caution I would share is to make sure you park under the awning because the tree at the end will drop sap all over vehicle. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very cozy and comfortable home. Wonderfully decorated with lovely art on walls and nicely furnished. Centrally located with lots to do very close by. Host was extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend!

This was the cozy well located apartment that we were looking for as a one night stay for a getaway weekend. There is plenty of room, more than the 2 of us needed but we were happy for it. The check in was pretty easy and we had access to all the accommodations we needed for a little home away from home.

This is a good place to stay and kid-friendly. Cloverdale is a sweet, safe, clean, walkable town, and the flat is located in a quiet area right in town. We all slept really well! Everything was well-maintained, and communication was excellent.

Stylish, comfortable apartment in Cloverdale
We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this unit is! So comfortable, and everything you would need. Especially appreciated the laundry room, as we arrived after five days on the coast and no access to laundry where we stayed. We only spent one night. If you find yourself in Cloverdale this would be my go-to spot to stay! Also recommend Plank Coffee downtown. Great breakfast menu, all coffee drinks and adorable ambience, with seating inside or outside.

we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is very cute and was perfect for us, our son and his wife as we toured some wineries in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible.
