Nestled in Lake of Egypt, this charming house for $326 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sleeping Arrangements: * 1 King Master bedroom * 1 Queen 2nd bedroom * 1 Queen 3rd bedroom * Twin bunks 4rth bedroom Amenity Highlights: * Located in a quiet cove, off of the main ski area * 2 Private docks (one is in a very shallow cove) * Lake views from living room, kitchen, dining room, the deck, patio, and private dock. * Grill and firepit provided * Complimentary WiFi * Personal Recommendations of things to do and places to go Concierge Service: We provide all of our personal recommendations including self-guided day trips to all of our guests. "KNOW BEFORE YOU GO" Check in is after 4PM. Check out is before 11AM. A rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold is required (just like a hotel). PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). According to the ADA, "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities," and "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

This was our first visit to Lake of Egypt, and it was perfect! We lucked out with beautiful weather that allowed us to hike at Ferne Clyffe and Giant City in the mornings and then spend the afternoons on the water. This house was perfect for our two families. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock and going down the slide. The house is well stocked with everything we needed to cook all but one meal (we had to try Triple E BBQ). The shower downstairs was a tight squeeze so just a heads up for taller guests. Overall we had a fabulous trip and would recommend to anyone! The guidebook from Allison was super helpful, too!

We had a wonderful stay. It was everything they said it would be. We really enjoyed the boat dock with the water slide and diving board. The screened in porch is also nice. They need to do a little repair work on the back screen door. Its just old and falling apart. But everything else was awesome. We wish they had a black stone griddle for outside that would of helped with cooking a lot of the food. But I would give them 100/100

We spent most of our days golfing, but enjoyed the quiet outdoor space in the evenings. The house was clean and had all the basic necessities. The checkin and checkout process was simple.

This was a beautiful property surrounded by peace and tranquility. There was something for all ages to enjoy. We spent a long weekend sharing and making new memories as a family that we will cherish. Hopefully we will be back again someday.

We had an amazing stay. We have a large family of all age ranges and this property was absolutely perfect for us. A wide variety of things to do for everyone and a perfect swimming place. The property is so well kept and roomy. We LOVED every minute and will definitely be back. Thank you to our hosts for being so kind and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful property! The views of the lake and property from the windows inside and all the places to sit outside are amazing. The owners are thoughtful with games and toiletries and random things to make your stay more enjoyable, like coffee! The owners put together a very comprehensive visitor’s guide with food, hiking and entertainment. We were outside all the time. A fire pit, a gas fire, a nice charcoal grill, screened in seating, deck seating, playground, bags game, two docks on the lake, gazebo….there was so much to do outside! They even have a game room for indoor fun! We rented a boat one day, we hiked several days checking out the beautiful parks near the house, and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. We found Boo’s Memorial Park in Carbondale, an amazing park and playground for those with kids. We loved this property and enjoyed a long weekend away with family that reconnected us to each other and nature. Allison helped with any questions and assured our stay was perfect. Amazing home and property that will exceed your expectations.

The property is beautiful! I need to know where the counters came from. Lots of room for the family and great gathering spaces also. I hope they have availability the next time I come to town. Would definitely stay again.
