Rest easy at this peaceful location with your own patio and house with full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, and comfortable beds. As you come onto the property you’ll notice the privacy you’ll get to experience from the outside world. Enter the private gate from the street, there you'll find your own patio with dining and seating for 6. When you get into the house with your personalized door code, you'll notice the vaulted ceilings that make this space feel expansive. In the living room, there’s a 55” tv that allows you to sign into all of your streaming accounts. A sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress is there for extra guests. The dining is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and laundry off to the side. I provide laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo, hair dryer and dish soap. Spices are available if you’d like to take advantage of our beautiful kitchen. This is a space you can really enjoy and feel at home in. With it's many windows, light colored walls and comfortable but minimalistic furniture, you'll be able to bring your suitcase settle in for relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, super quiet, and had all the amenities for a great stay in the area. It is close to the community park, at which we enjoyed several morning walks.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The unit is new, clean, and is well-stocked with all the necessities. With two young kids, having an in-unit washer and dryer was such a bonus! Melissa was incredibly responsive/communicative, and the location was convenient for our weekend visit with family in the local area. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed during Labor Day weekend when there was a heatwave in Santa Maria. Although the house does not have A/C, there is a ceiling fan and Melissa provided a standup fan as extra. We found that with the windows open later in the day and evening, the house kept cool. Really nice place in a quiet residential neighborhood in a convenient location. It provided everything we needed.

You will find everything you need! We appreciated the quality of the house and appliances. The communication was easy and we found also a tiny Christmas Tree! Perfect! We highly recommend the house if you are linking for something in the area.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. It had everything we wanted or needed. All kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were provided. Very clean. The owner put a lot of thought into the details. Board games in the living room (the pie puzzle needs to go it is missing 25 peices lol, we left a couple new puzzles so the old one could be discarded). The patio table and chairs outside were great. The only things I would change are in this order: 1. Shower needs more water pressure 2. Hot water needs to be set hotter 3. Upgrade to bedroom mattresses to thicker, higher quality when monies allow. 4. Upgrade the dining room chairs to something more sturdy, heavier duty when monies allow. Even with these opportunities for improvement, I still give 5 stars!!

This is an excellent place to stay while you visit the wineries in the area. Close to the freeway but very quiet. Unlike some other VRBOs this one is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook.

Awesome experience! Orcutt is close to lots of wineries (Los Olivos, Santa Maria, etc). It was brand new, very clean, and great communication. While finding the place was slightly difficult due to the GPS not registering the address, the host was clear about this and we were able to find it quickly. Great experience! Would definitely go back here to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Melissa’s brand-new property in Orcutt. She was very accommodating to my family’s special requirements, particularly traveling with a toddler. The property is conveniently located close to a major north-south freeway, is super clean and easy to make your short-term home. It features a full sized kitchen and every electronic appliance one could desire. We selected the property because it is half-way between the popular tourist destinations of Solvang and Santa Barbara on the south and San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay towards the north. We could have used a few more days in this area.
