The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was as expected. A few things need attention. The drain on the upstairs central bath does not drain well. The light in the 3rd floor master closet needs to be replaced. Also a light is out in the kitchen. All minor issues. We enjoyed the house. Everything else was in working order

We loved having the pool on premises. It gave us the option to stay close to the home and still enjoy the sunshine after a long stay at the beach the day prior.

Good:
- Driving distance from Bethany Beach and Ocean City
- Walking distance from Maryland Beach
- A pretty cool place with a bayside view
- A pretty big house with a lot of balconies
- Affordable

Bad:
- Water heater only works for an hour, and then you have to wait for another hour
- TV in all rooms except the main master room and almost nothing interresting to watch (very basic cable plans)
- Old TVs (not smart TV) if you want to stream a movie for a movie night

The home is beautiful

The home is beautiful

We rented it for 4 nights and was told early checkin was not available because of the cleaning crew. Well the cleaners if any did a horrible job. The sheets were not changed and there was dirty dish water in the dishwasher, when I opened the door I choked at the smell. I than had to rinse the dishwasher and rewash all the dishwasher and cup because I wasn’t sure if they were pulled out before the cycle. The linen on the beds had hair on them. I called and they did sent someone to also vacuum and clean out the oven that was left a dirty mess. I had already done the bedding so that didn’t need to be changed. The house was great. The maintenance was not so good.
