This was a lovely birthday weekend the home was beautiful clean very warm and cozy only 3 minutes from my mobile home park . I will definitely rent again

We were in town for a family wedding and this rental worked well for our family.
Joel was very quick to respond to any questions. House set-up worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids.
Kitchen well equipped with dishes and utensils… small grocery store (expensive) just a mile away was good for a few basics like milk, eggs, cooking oil.

Lots of fishing groups probably stay here. Is pretty basic but extremely clean, quiet at night and well located for fishing, food, fun perfect for its price point.

We Enjoyed it very Much!! The deck needs to be Repaired! And we felt like another Television should have been in the second bedroom! My Sister and her Husband had to watch Tv in the Living Room all the time!

Just Peachy was like living away from home. Not too fancy and not to drab. Need to accommodate more to fishermen with electrical access and fish cleaning. We made it work for us!

This property was super clean and nice. Easy access in and out and close to everything that you want to do. No problems what so ever and communication was excellent. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend others to stay there as well.

Joel is a great host, he came by to check out the readiness of the house. He gave us some great dining tips as well. The house is well furnished and comfortable. Nice location for us as this was our first trip to the area, quick access to the ferries for both Put in Bay and Kelly’s Island.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The online pictures really do not reflect how nice this home is. It is comfortable and fully stocked. We ended up preparing most of our meals there and the outdoor grill and spacious deck is the reason. It feels very private even though there are several homes in close proximity. Joel was easy to work with. He responded to messages quickly and made the check-in process painless. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Comfortable and Cozy
House was spacious, comfortable, and clean - and the location was great! The listing was exactly as described - beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there was a nice deck out back that would be great in the warmer months. We came in April, and it was off-season for the area, so a lot of the local shops were closed, but we still found plenty of things to do. The house is about a mile from Kelley's Island Ferry and only a few blocks from the Lakeside community - both seemed like neat places with more to do during Memorial-to-Labor-Day season. We also drove into Cleveland (about an hour) one of the days. We would recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Perfect for friends and family
The owner was very responsive. The house was exactly as described and very nice. Plenty to do around the area and in the house. There was ample of space for the three adults and two ten year olds. The deck was nice even though it was cool outside we did enjoy it. I definitely plan on booking again!

The house is very clean and open. It’s close to many attractions. Owner is great to work with and is available 24/7. 100% stay here again.
