Awake refreshed and get ready for a day full of FUN in our huge game room with: • Arcade games: Star Wars Pinball, Big Buck Hunter Pro and Pacman! • Shuffleboard table • Foosball table • Unique seating and a beautifully decorated photo wall • Prepare drinks with family & friends in our wet bar. There is also a dining table with seating for 10 for you to enjoy meals and memorable get-togethers. • Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 65" smart TV + a comfortable sectional couch. • Plus fun and competition continues in our garage! Where you’ll find a ping pong table and darts. • And for those that love fresh air and outdoor amenities, you’ll have a backyard with a propane fire pit, a BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and cornhole. Dogs and cats are always welcome! (2 pets max) Brand new furniture, plus a full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils. Sleeping arrangements: This is a 1 story home. -There is 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed. -1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed (sleeps 4). -1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds. -1 couch in the living room (linens not provided for the couch) Guest access: You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. We don't allow more than 14 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest. Other things to note: This is a duplex with one shared wall. Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.
