The Nantucket modern-style home has been completely rebuilt and professionally decorated with high-end finishes, appliances, and designer touches. The roomy chef’s kitchen has lots of space for many cooks and kitchen-guest interaction. The large, open floor plan is perfect for group conversations and more intimate chats. A separate entertainment area features a pool table, 85-inch widescreen TV, and lots of seating. The home has two primary suites, one on each floor. All beds feature top-of-the-line mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. ** Please note that drones are not allowed within the Oceana Marin HOA. **We strongly advise our guests to purchase trip insurance for their reservation **We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental **Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental : Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA. **NO fire pits are allowed anywhere on the property

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and nice. After we returned home, we were told the cleaning lady found a decoration that had been burnt. We were told there would be a $100 charge. We checked with all the people we had with us and no one burned any decorations. I explained that I object to any extra charges but they did it anyway. Their word against ours. Beware.

Overall, the house was great. A few things we would recommend - fasten down the rug corners, which are a huge trip factor, esp. for seniors who were visiting. No paper napkins or Kleenex were provided. Mirrors missing in upstairs bunk room and one bedroom. A light in the bunk room by one of the beds was not working. Wastebaskets in the bedrooms would be helpful. Really need more hooks in the bathrooms for towels! The upstairs Master Bedroom gets all the light from the hall way and the bathrooms... maybe provide a black out screen in the ceiling? I did not realize there was one upstairs bathroom for up to 8 guests based on the pictures. It was tricky for seniors and visitors who had mobility problems to go up and down the stairs to reach the lower half bath.... There were some chips that existed on the little tables, which I feel you were aware of... Just wanted to note them as well as some chips in the paint of the lower bathroom and under the stairwell. Overall, though, it was a lovely house with great kitchen supplies and comfortable seating. We never used the projector tv, or any of the tv's for that matter. We did not see any way to get music going... It was a good location for getting to Bodega Bay and Pt. Reyes. Lots of good views from the house with all the windows. Thank you.

We rented this home for a multi-generational family celebration in honor of Grandpa's 70th birthday. Home is beautiful, super clean and Pacific Ocean views are gorgeous! Beds very comfortable, rooms beautifully decorated. The listing advertises 4 bathrooms but one of the 4 is a half bath off the kitchen so the listing should really state 3.5 baths. Largest issue with this is 3 bedrooms upstairs (up to 8 people) must share one bathroom. Loved the large kitchen space and how well it was stocked, dining table for 10, 3 sets of comfy sofas in the living room and that entire area is a great room without interior walls. We cooked most of our meals at home and loved it. Ample plates and serving/cook ware, variety of spices, high-end appliances. One minor recommendation as the rest of the kitchen/house was stocked so well: please provide more than one roll of paper towels for a family of 12 for a 4-night stay. Additionally, I emailed owner ahead of arrival to inquire if there was a crock pot or coffee bean grinder (she said no but we found both in kitchen). Owner identified a few minor items damaged during our stay and VRBO damage protection policy purchased at booking reimbursed me immediately after I submitted my claim. Owner stated she didn't know I had damage protection, so she charged my credit card directly for damage instead of filing a claim against my policy - a little odd given we purchased through VRBO platform at booking. Overall, a terrific stay!

There were 11 of us and the house was perfect. Of all the places we’ve rented, they had everything in their kitchen you would ever need which we really appreciated. And the view was spectacular. Huge deck with jacuzzi, huge living room with different seating areas, bedrooms were wonderful, and overall excellent. We would highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. This is a great house for a large group! -Plenty of space for toddlers to run and play, all within eye sight (we brought a baby gate to block the stairs) and for the adults to hang-out without having to be on top of one another. -Kitchen is so well stocked with so many things - bar ware, stand mixer, more than enough glasses/plates/silverware/cooking utensils for a large group. -Very clean and well maintained house with great management -We will be back!

Dillon Beach home was more than we could have imagined. The best part is we had 3 couples and each had their own king bed. The kids played pool and enjoyed the hot tub, even though it was raining. We'll definitely think about this for summer trips.

This property is just as stunning as the photos on the listing! Stayed here with my family and we had the best time! Everyone couldn't stop raving about the amazing ocean views, the beautiful decor, all of the premium amenities, how comfortable and spacious it was, and the fully stocked kitchen. It has everything you need and more - we enjoyed it SO much! Highly highly recommend anyone stay here!

Everything is new. Beautiful design and clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub is fun over looking the ocean. The pictures are accurate. Short walk down to the beach and then you can walk for miles. Coastal Kitchen is excellent and the soft serve salted caramel ice cream was to die for. Needs a blue tooth speaker for music and a bottle opener. You can stream pandora through the projector system but a stand alone speaker would be better. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a built in ice machine. Really wonderful spot.

We had a great time at this property. The house was perfect for our group and it was a great location to explore bodega and Dillon beach. I would definitely recommend the trip insurance as the host wasn’t accommodating when one of our friends got Covid and was unable to come.

Booked this place for a girls weekend and we had a blast. The place was beautiful and spot on with the description. It was beyond our expectations. The places was fully stocked.
