Nestled in Traverse City, this lovely condo for $308 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Within a mile away from downtown TC you will find this fresh 2 bedroom first floor unit. On the top floor there is a shared rooftop patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. This bright first floor unit is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. The Space: Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed along with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. **Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request** All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. **Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number. **Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected. ***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean. Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation. Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo. Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary. Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate. Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can. If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.) It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency. Please report any damages immediately. Most importantly we are so excited to host you and your furry friend!

This property was really clean and had a very easy checkout process that was really nice. We didn’t have to do a single thing! That really made checking out a stress free process. We were able to walk to many different activities and to the beach which was lovely. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay this is a great option!

Upon checking into this unit we were very surprised to see that the second "bedroom" was in fact a windowless room with no egress window or closet. I emailed the property management company who replied promptly saying the bedroom was a non-conforming bedroom. I was quite uncomfortable having my two young children sleep in a room with no emergency egress / windows. Just beware that the second "bedroom" is a windowless box. Lastly, while the building was quite new, the unit could use a deep clean. We encountered lots of sticky spots on the floors and the baseboards and windowsills needed a good dusting. To their credit, the property management team was very responsive, check-in and out were a breeze and the instructions were very clear.

Loved where this property was located. So close to downtown (walkable), and close to all the golf courses we played! Weather was perfect, parking was free, and unit had everything we needed!!

Cute condos easily walkable to downtown TC. Very quiet though I night we were there midweek off-season. Check in and out was super easy!

We rented the condo while visiting my son who was hosting the family Christmas. We brought my 80 yr old mother on the trip and rented a 1st floor unit. It was easily accessible from parking to condo. The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable for socializing. The beds were comfortable and baths were clean and had all amenities that you need. Another family member rented the 3rd floor unit with a roof top outdoor patio and Jacuzzi, which was a great way to end the day using the hot tub. The lower unit was larger than the upper level unit which worked out well for family meals. Overall the place was modern, clean and very comfortable and we would not hesitate to rent this place again.

The condo was perfect for our family! Very clean, great location, and amazing service from the property manager. Parking spaces are small but we were able to fit our truck. We just needed to get the kids out of car seats before we pulled in the spot. We will definitely stay at this location again!

We stayed at CitySide Lofts, Unit 2 in Traverse City the past weekend (Oct 14 - 16). When we booked on the website, it clearly stated that it will be a condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, when we arrived and checked into the property, we found it was a condo with 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom! The bathroom was inside of the master bedroom, which caused inconvenience for our group. One door in the living room was locked - we did not know whether it was for the third bedroom or the bathroom. We contacted the property manager right away and asked the manager. He replied in email that there was no third bedroom and the unit only had "two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room". We relied on the expectation that there would be three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms when booking the rental home. It was shocking to us and certainly disruptive to the overall quality of the stay and our trip. This needs to be corrected and we ask for a refund for the discomfort and inconvenience.

The condo was clean and just what we needed for a group of 3 friends. I wouldn’t plan to use the pull out couch bed, as it was very thin and uncomfortable, but the bedroom with a trundle bed worked great. It was easy to walk to restaurants and explore downtown as well!

Our stay was lovely, however, the parking spots were unusually tight. When leaving my husband was unable to enter the driver’s side of the car. I was able to smash my body through…pretty uncomfortable . Had he been alone, he would have been screwed.

Perfect place for our family to rest while checking out traverse city. Thought the traffic noise would be worse inside but it wasn’t… only complaint was the floors were very sticky, probably wouldn’t have noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling all over them :) otherwise comfy beds, clean linens. We enjoyed our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The loft was clean and attractive, and not far from all the action of Front Street. Close to 2 different beaches. They thought of all the details and had all items on hand that you might need and accidentally forget. 10/10 would recommend!
