About this condo rental
Nestled in Traverse City, this lovely condo for $57 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this is the perfect spot to kick back, while being close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer. This first floor unit has easy access so you can walk right to the room with close proximity to the parking lot. Restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, and beaches are all nearby and awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City. The Space: This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. In the living room you will find a pullout sofa, additional seating, and a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. **There is a Smart TV in the living room for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable** ***Pack N Play and/or high chair available upon request*** The Neighborhood: Trailside45 is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks, beaches and downtown Traverse City.

We did a stayed for a long weekend to visit family. The location so close to downtown was perfect. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Weather was dreadful so did get to take advantage of the trial next door, but will next time!
The unit was clean and properly stocked with everything you’d need. Really enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had a nice layout, was clean and updated and best of all took dogs. It was convenient being on the first floor in letting out my little dog. I would stay here again.

Bright, cheery apartment. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped. Two bedrooms, each with a private bath were perfect for three adults (one couple and a single). We just needed a place for one night to attend a concert near Traverse City. This was perfect. I really appreciated the notebook that highlighted restaurants and other places to visit

Host was quick to respond to all questions. House was very clean. Location had us close to all activities. A binder was left and answered all questions regarding the condo as well as local activities. Checkout was the easiest of any Vrbo we have ever used. Will book here again next year.

The condo was a perfect setup for our family for the marathon weekend. The kitchen was fully furnished allowing us to cook meals and save some money at the restaurants. They even included some K cups and washing machine/dishwasher tablets to clean dishes and clothes accordingly! Location worked perfectly as well being only about 1 mile from downtown TC and directly adjacent to the TART trail! Would recommend and will stay again!

Unit on first floor was great if you have dogs. Was able to walk out patio door to take dog for a walk on Tart Trail. Unit was very clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The apartment is spacious and the living room/kitchen is perfect for everyone to hangout. It’s also a convenient location to downtown and it’s right next to the Tart trail if you want to go for walks! The kitchen is fully stocked and it was very clean too. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a girls trip. Absolutely perfect. Clean, easy check in/check out process. Felt safe at the property. If you want a view this property is not for you but if you want a great place to stay I would highly recommend!

All in all a great stay. The property listing should clearly state and show there are 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds. Plus a sofa sleeper in living room. Condo was new, well kept and very clean!

Good property if you have dogs. They neighborhood has sidewalks and you can walk all the way downtown. The rooftop has nice chairs and tables to relax and get some sun. Easiest check-out ever, nothing needed to be done prior to leaving.

This condo is located on the TART trail which makes riding (bikes) basically anywhere (especially with my 7,9, and 11-year-old kids) very convenient. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful place in a wonderful location
Me and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay in traverse city. We loved this rental so much that I looked into how much it is to live there permanently! This rental is immaculately clean and was the perfect space for our week away. I would definitely come back. Great location, short drive to downtown. I have zero complaints. Would happily stay again.

This property was very clean and organized! We were in constant communication with the property management for check in/check out. Close to downtown Traverse City and much better than a hotel room!
