Located in Montecito, this attractive condo for $143 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Fabulous studio/suite with private entrance, newly remodeled with plash comfortable queen size bed, large bathroom, 42" TV, high speed internet WIFI. Small kitchenette, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, fully equipped, WIFI. Beautiful private patio for your enjoyment, BBQ, washer and dryer is in the garage if you need it. Studio share one wall with the main house. I have separate entrance, we live with our cat Tiger, but he doesn't come to your area. Only 5 minutes drive to Santa Barbara, less then a mile to Montecito. Great location. Close to 101, short drive to beach, restaurants, and across the street to park and tennis courts, pickle ball. Off street parking for one car. P.S. there is some free way noise out side but not inside. Please no Smoking inside or the patio.

Nice, cozy spot in a prime location for visiting Santa Barbara. Easy access to Montecito in one direction, Santa Barbara beach area in the other. Very reasonably priced, a plus!

Would highly recommend this property, super close to Montecito & B Cycle station is steps from the place so we literally biked our way around town all weekend! Fatima is lovely & super responsive, the place itself is awesome & perfect for a long weekend getaway (we flew in from CO to go to a show at SB Bowl), highly recommend & will definitely be back!! I had a wonderful 4-night stay. Fatima’s studio was perfect for my needs. The pictures were accurate, and the AC & reserved parking spot were key to my great experience. The studio is a super quick drive to East Beach and close to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

The bedroom was exceptionally tidy and well-organized, situated in a favorable location. Fatima ensured our stay was pleasant and cozy, even providing us with the option to use beach chairs and an umbrella, which was ideal for the sunny Santa Barbara weather. The proximity to Montecito and a short drive from State Street adds to its convenience.

Fatima was so kind and accommodating. She even let us do laundry! She was a great host with the perfect combination of checking in and offering ample privacy. The location was wonderful for exploring Santa Barbara, visiting Goleta, Lotusland, and Chanel Islands, and attending a wedding in Carpinteria. The studio had everything we needed, was clean, and private. Parking was very handy. We would definitely choose this property again! Thank you for the nice stay!

I had a wonderful three night stay. It was true to the pictures and was a clean, relaxing place. Fatima is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to questions. The parking spot & A/C were great bonuses. The a/c would rarely be needed, as the screen door onto the patio with the fountain was perfect. I highly recommend this cute place and I would stay there again.

My boyfriend and 2 little dogs had a really pleasant stay. The place was neat, clean, and so convenient to the places we wanted to visit in both Santa Barbara and Montecito. Above all Fatima was very accommodating and friendly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her spot.

A charming studio, very well equipped and provisioned! I was struck by the attention to details to make sure guests have a good stay. The linens, sundries, and amenities was not only high quality but well thought out in terms of what a guest might need. The whole set up is planned for maximum comfort, Fatima has thought of and provided everything you may need - and more. I was on my own, but a couple would be very comfortable too. I noticed in other reviews comments about the shower. It is part of a step down sunken tiled tub with a huge picture window wall looking out on flowering plant wall - completely private and lovely. It makes the studio very special.There is walled patio with comfortable seating, a grill, a fountain and lovely flowering plants and roses. There you can hear the freeway traffic, not so in the studio. Fatima welcomed me with a bottle of wine, and checked in with me multiple times. I recommend her studio unreservedly, and look forward to returning.

Loved staying at Fatima’s ! The room is large, spotless, and private. Parking spot was extremely convenient since it’s hard to park around there. Although it is very close to the fwy, It feels peaceful and very little noise inside. Yes… the shower is unique. No problem for me but may be for some. Fatima went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and even added another box for Netflix to the unit. This will definitely be my go to in Santa Barbara. Nice short drive to downtown. I highly recommend!

The place was very nice. Bed was comfortable, nice linens well decorated. I would/will stay again. Be worn though that step down into shower is a doozy. My friend is just getting over an Achilles tendon injury, so a bit difficult but she managed. Otherwise this place was perfect. On, fridge works so well it froze our food. You do get a little freeway noice, I didn’t find it bothersome was able to sleep soundly.

Fatima was gracious from go and I found the property to be charming, convenient and clean. It was exactly what I needed for a quick trip into town. The location is slightly off the beaten track, but has quick access by car to Montecito. It would also be a nice bike ride or a longish walk, particularly after construction on the adjacent access road is complete. The spot is tucked away and feels semi-secluded even though it is in a small development. The parking spot was fantastic--so nice coming in late and never having to worry about parking. The pathway is also well lit, which was appreciated as I always seemed to be battling bags, jackets, shoes and all my other contingency items for whatever the day's weather had in store. It was a fantastic stay and I plan to book again for future trips into town. Fatima is delightful and I am grateful for her responsiveness to my messages and all the small touches that made my stay so wonderful. Thank you!

Fatima had great communication for arrival and made sure to check in if we needed anything over the week. Had a specific parking spot and private entrance which was nice. Supplied some snacks/coffee+creamer/silverware/cups/plates and a bottle of wine, which was awesome! Everything you need for a stay without a kitchen. The place was clean and close to everything in SB. Would stay again!

The Host provided a parking spot which was surely needed as the neighborhood competes for parking on the street. The place is large, with a spacious closet and bathroom. The Host had the place very clean with a pleasant fragrance. We made use of the new gas grill which worked well for our needs. The shower was difficult to access as you had to lower yourself down holding on to a towel grab bar into a recessed tub area. Although the place had been treated by pest control, there were ants in the bathroom and studio, particularly near the garbage cans and table for the coffee maker. We were able to find in Target after a couple of days, a can of Raid with Essential Oils, that took care of the ants. We also were impacted by the planned power outage which was not mentioned in the listing. This forced us to go to a hotel for 1 night so that my cPap medical equipment could operate in order to breathe at night.
