About this house rental
Spacious Private hillside house (2 bed/ 2 bath) freshly rebuilt as a design showcase with sweeping views of mountains, palm trees and downtown skyscrapers. Professionally cleaned and sanitized. This comfortable 1400 sq foot house has a convenient location and the peaceful neighborhood is the perfect home base for your LA adventure! Every detail carefully considered for a relaxing stay. Views of LA from every window, and alsofrom the huge 400 sq ft private deck. Very safe, with secured gate to enter the property. Convenient location in the heart of LA, easy to access but secluded in a quiet neighborhood near wilderness park. (Please read house rules prior to booking. No large groups, no smoking, quiet hours after 10pm).
This home feels like a luxury hotel, but with the privacy of a gated house. Luxury amenities include superfast reliable wifi, very hot water with good pressure, supportive new mattresses, custom decor and interesting details in every corner. Comfortable modern furniture, large TV with Dolby surround sound system, dramatic lighting with dimmers for a comfortable environment. Lush exotic plants fill window boxes and enliven every corner. Always the perfect temperature in every room with new central A/C and heater.
Guest access:
Park right in front of the house and enter the private modernist courtyard through a lockable gate facing the street on the same level. Plenty of safe street parking right in front.
The backyard is not accessible.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking/drug use of any kind on the property, inside or outside. No open flames.
2. Large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited by LA County regulations. Guests who violate this will be asked to leave immediately.
3. This is a quiet neighborhood. Guests will be asked to leave if there are any noise complaints from the neighbors after 10 p.m.
4. No animals.
5. Do not flush "flushable" wipes down the toilet as they will clog the plumbing.
Please note there is a private guest apartment below the house, with a separate entry on the opposite side of the house to ensure privacy. There is never interaction between guests, and complete privacy is assured.

Place was just as pictured and very comfortable for our Spring Break week in LA. The home was thoughtfully stocked and laid out. This was perfect for our family of three. Street parking was easy. Highly recommend!

Terrific property. Fantastic views, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Beds were great. bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Baths were clean and beautiful. Living area was generous and comfortable. Deck was quiet and the views terrific.Check in/out easy and clear.Great host and property.
