We loved the location to the property, we were able to walk to town and enjoy the restaurants and shops. Also had a cute park/marina and beach area as well right down the street.

Conveniently located for walking to Main Street. Aged, but very clean. Pictures accurately portray the house. Would consider booking again.

Nice getaway for a couple nights. The house is older and nothing fancy but was as advertised and suited our needs well. Would stay again.

Our week was very hot and single window AC unit not sufficient for this home. The backyard and firepit are featured - but backyard not mowed and unkept and same with bushes front and back. Would recommend ceiling fans (or regular fans) to circulate the air. Place was Ok, but, price is reasonable.

We were in town for a wedding over the holiday weekend. We didn't spend much time at the house aside from sleeping/getting ready. I think this place does the job for having a place to sleep/shower, however, it isn't very cozy and wouldn't be somewhere I would want to have a relaxing staycation. The house itself seems a big rundown. There are some mysterious stains on the carpet which were unnerving. We were a bit disappointed as the pictures make the house seem a lot cozier/well kept.

You can’t go wrong staying here. It’s 5 minutes from Boyne Mountain. The house was clean. We would stay here again.

Everything about the property was as described. Perfect for skiing at Boyne. Boyne City is such a cute town with everything you need. House is walkable to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Thanks for a great rental!

We stayed in December to use as our base for skiing at Boyne Mountain. We really liked being right in Boyne City. It is a wonderful walkable small town. We had to keep doors to bedrooms and bathrooms open to allow heat to enter from the centrally located heater. It was fine though. The kitchen was handy and we enjoyed preparing most of our meals. It is very sparingly equipped so we brought many of our own kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, roasting pan and toaster from home. No dishwasher but that wasn’t a major deal. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay again another time.

The house was super charming. The house was located in walking distance of downtown with shops and restaurants. Super close to the harborage also. They house was super clean and Mark was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back!
