About this house rental
Welcome to this beautiful oceanfront home with breathtaking views. Relax on the sunny partially covered deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching pelicans diving in the water and dolphins swimming near the shore.
At the main level, you can find a spacious open, custom designed floor plan with beautiful woodwork, great room with stone fireplace and a large smart TV, a breakfast table where you can enjoy your coffee or a board game, oceanfront deck right off living area and walkway to the beach, a large kitchen with solid surface countertops, and a large dining area. A bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a laundry room can also be found on the main level.
Walk up the stairs to the top level and you will find a loft with a futon, play area and a second smart TV. Your eyes will soon be caught by the beautiful oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a daybed with a pullout trundle and an oceanfront bathroom and a balcony. Also on the top level are two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another, sharing a jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The ground level offers a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.
The community is gated and accessed with passes only, with year round tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool that opens in the late spring to early fall.
This house is mainly used by its owners with only a few weeks rented each year. What is the most liked about it is the tranquility you feel relaxing in this beautifully decorated house with the green/blue ocean in its background. The views are outstanding and exactly what I wish for when on a beach vacation. We saw dolphins every morning around 9:30am, enjoyed the less crowded beach and the bike path to town for lunch. The house manager Heather went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay & we did! Thanks Heather :)
