Nestled in Page, this charming house for $344 per night is a great choice for your next break. Bring the whole family to this newly renovated home with space galore fun and enjoyment. Home features a private fenced backyard supplied with a brand new jacuzzi, large gas BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and seating. Inside has huge kitchen/great room area as well as an indoor game room with a ping-pong table, Wi Mario Kart gaming system, Smart TV and sound bar and comfortable seating. Come and relax after a day spent exploring the canyons of Lake Powell or reveling in the beauty of Antelope Canyon and Horsehoe Bend. You will arrive to a well-maintained home with a fenced, grassy front yard and enter the home with a convenient self check-in keypad entry. Indoor living space: As you enter and head upstairs, you will see a great room with a brand new kitchen, a magnificent eat-at kitchen bar, a well-positioned 65" Smart TV and sofa and love seat. This will be everyone's favorite spot to gather and chat and cook and eat with plenty of room to spare. Head up a few steps and you will enter the game room complete with a ping pong table, Wi Mario Kart gaming, 75" Smart TV and a generous amount of comfortable seating. One of the sofas opens up to a full size sleeper bed. Bedrooms: There are five bedrooms; two upstairs and three downstairs. The master bedroom with king bedroom and 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The full size sleeper sofa is upstairs in the game room. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has a king bed, a twin sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms are upstairs and have combination tub and showers. Downstairs has a full bathroom with combination tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all linens are provided. Kitchen: The enormous kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets and is well-stocked. Dinnerware, flatware, bake ware, cookware, glassware and small appliances including a drip coffee maker are provided. Outside: The backyard is grassy, large and fully fenced. You can BBQ on the gas grill and eat outside at the dining area. Later, make s'mores in the fire pit or play a game of corn hole or horseshoes or just relax and star gaze. Parking: There is a pull through driveway to make parking a boat and vehicle easy - no backing up required! There are also two more spots available on the front driveway. Additional street parking is available in front of and on the side of the house. Kids: If you are traveling with little ones, there are a pack-n-play and high chair available on site. Attached Release Agreement is required for all adults in the party for jacuzzi. Pets: Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for a $100 pet fee and must be declared before arriving. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. If your pet has an accident in the house and or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible. Please make sure to clean up after your pet inside and outside the house. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is an elementary school playground within walking distance. You can also walk to the Lake Powell Scenic Overlook for a gorgeous view of Lake Powell. A short 5-minute drive will take you to downtown where you find two museums, a visitor center, the city center park, skateboard park, lighted pickle ball courts, lighted basketball court, a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants and local shopping. Add another 5-minutes to your drive and you will reach the city library, Lake Powell National Golf Course and six lighted tennis courts. The house has a lot of room and allowed our group of 14 to be able to enjoy our week. Everyone has enough room to have their own area, but also room for us all to be together. Very close to a lot of attractions for us

We had a great time. The location was perfect for getting to all the activities we had planned. The house was large enough for our group and had some things to do for all ages! The hot tub and back yard were nice for evening relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, they even had coffee delivered because they were low! The owners were easy to communicate with and had good advice for things to do. Would recommend this house for families visiting Lake Powell!!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped, large grill outside and hot tub. Ample parking. Location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and lake Powell.

Comfortable and spacious house for our family of five adults and 3 children. Kitchen was ready for us to cook most of our meals at home. All around very nice place. Fun to have the ping pong table and spacious yard.

It was a quirky house, but very clean and it our needs well. It was easy to get in and out of. Lots of room to give everyone their space. The kids loved the hot tub. We even did one of the puzzles that were there. We had an issue with the house, and the owners took care of the problem immediately. It was great and we would stay there again.

We loved staying here! Enjoyed jacuzzi and bbq grill and they had all kitchen appliances. The center counter space is really the heart of the home. It allowed us to spend fun quality time with each other the entire trip. Very clean, great location. Very happy with stay!

This trip it was just my husband and I (and our doggie daughters). The home was amazing and made us excited to bring family back to fully enjoy the space! Super close to the Lake. Large kitchen and entertainment area + nice separation of the bedrooms to have space when needed. Owner was very pleasant to work with.

A fun thanksgiving with our family. The house was very comfortable and clean.. Games, ping pong and hot tub enjoyed by all. We hiked portions of the rim trail and spent a day at Buckskin Gulch., walking the slot canyon. Kitchen was great and had everything needed to prepare our meals. No complaints..highly recommended!

We had four families in our group & had a fantastic time at this property. Our purpose was to play on Lake Powell every day & the neighborhood that this house is in was perfect for that - as close as you can get to the lake while staying in a house. The house also had good parking for vehicles with boats. The huge kitchen was so nice & well-appointed. The only additions I would recommend would be an apple slicer & a griddle, but those are nit-picky recommendations. The beds were pretty comfortable & the kids loved the large game room. The house was very clean upon arrival & the owner & management were very responsive to our questions & requests. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again.
