About this house rental
Bring the whole family and friends (as many as 16 of them) to this heavenly place with lots of room for fun and personal connection. High above the Santa Rosa Valley sits an absolutely incomparable privately gated equestrian view estate on approx. 11.59 acres, offering the utmost in privacy, seclusion, and serenity.
HOUSE RULES
Absolutely no additional people over 16 total guests are allowed at any time unless prior approval has been received by the manager.
We will ask for the list of guests/visitors a week prior to your arrival for the gate controller. Please make sure everyone has their identification card with them in order to get inside the gate.
For events, Every guest over 16 including visitors will be an additional charge up to $100 per guest.
Absolutely no smoking indoors.
No parties or formal events are allowed on our property without prior approval by the manager (Sanam).
No D-Jay Speakers are allowed outdoor at any time.
Please inspect the house on the day of your arrival and let us know of any issues.
If your pet was approved to stay here, please remember you are liable for any damages done by the pet. Any indoor excrement or smell of excrement will result in additional cleaning fees.
PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. Any issues with the neighbors or the local authorities may result in early, non-refundable termination of your tenancy here.
Be mindful of your food and drinks in the bedrooms. Any carpet or mattress stains will result in cleaning or replacement fees.
No loud music outside of the house after 10 PM. No DJ speakers at any time.
Please be mindful of the furnishings. Any stains or damage to the furnishings will result in damages taken out of your deposit. By using the furnishing, you agree to pay any damages that may exceed the deposit amount.
Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
No illegal substances are allowed in the house at any time.
Any loss or damages of any devices or appliances in the house will result in replacement or repair fees taken out of the deposit.
Please drive slowly when you exit the driveway, kids are playing outside.
If your party is approved and you have more than 40 guests. You are obligated to rent a big trash can and a portable party. Please ask the manager for details.
For events and gathering, please expect our security guard/ Ground Manager to be on site for total count of all the guests.

This home is just gorgeous! We had 12 senior citizens all with the same last name. Brothers and cousins and spouses. It was very cold and raining just about the whole time so we didn’t get to enjoy the property much. It’s a gated home on the side of a mountain. It is conveniently located to the Reagan center and restaurants. I said it was cold and some of the beds didn’t have enough blankets. We jacked the furnace up the second night and that helped a lot. The mattresses could be updated, they might have been okay for younger people but not so much for people our age. There weren’t enough cereal bowls or spoons. The cookware was scratched nonstick, we mostly used the grill and that was very nice. There isn’t any serving bowls, well there were two plastic bowls but we soon learned they both had holes in them. There wasn’t any sharp knives except for steak knives and we were thankful for them. The microwave blew a fuse, the guys thought. It didn’t work the second day. I’m being critical but I’m not kidding when I say this is a beautiful home, it was perfect for our group. Being senior citizens it would have been nice if we’d known there were no down stairs bedrooms except for the pool house available to us. But that would have been plain if we’d asked the right questions. The host was responsive and cordial. We kept busy and didn’t let the few problems we had over cloud our memorable stay. We spotted two coyotes and some hawks. It’s really a lovely place.

Our family had the most incredible Christmas holiday at this home! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful and spacious the property was. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way.The home was immaculate, with thoughtful holiday touches that made it feel extra special. The layout was perfect for our large family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. The common areas were warm and inviting, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas feast.If you're looking for a spectacular home to host a family gathering, this is the perfect place. We made memories that will last a lifetime and cannot recommend this property highly enough! Thank you for making our Christmas so magical!

Overall great place to stay and relax. Some blinds didn't work, the sauna broken, there was a musty smell to the house, and only 6 bedrooms are available but you can send a message request to add the 7th bedroom for an additional cost.
