Nestled in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $359 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 1259 Sharks Tooth Trail .. **NOW BOOKING FOR 2024** Welcome back to this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home that comes with complimentary golf cart, sanitized linen/towels, and WiFi included. OUR PROPERTY HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED WITH A PROFESSIONAL TURNOVER AGENCY PRIOR TO YOUR STAY! Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want, to make those unforgettable memories with family and friends. You are only a 1-minute ride on our Margaritaville golf cart to enjoy time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 30 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival !! This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a queen bed in each bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a private bath and an upgraded gel/memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for preparing any meal incl spices. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view from the front porch with two rockers and table w/seating for four. The beachy Margaritaville atmosphere is continued down below the house with an outside area, great lounging, new furniture and including an entertainment center with a large LED cable TV. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. There are lots of extras items for beach use, and games, cable LED TVs w/VCR and movies for those times when you cant get out. • WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES AND EXTENDED FAMILIES (PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY) • NO PETS, NO SMOKING • MAXIMUM 2 CARS ALLOWED (except in overflow lot) • 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (SAT. TO SAT.) This property is exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely professional and prompt in answering any and all questions, and just a blessing to work with. The home is very well organized and has everything in place that you will need for a great beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property and owner highly.

We’ve been staying at Ocean Lakes for 9 years now. We got engaged and married at Ocean Lakes so have made it a family tradition over the years to come back which means we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties. I think this may be my very favorite. It was extremely clean, had everything you would need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and we felt at home! We will be returning for many more years! Already looking forward to next year!

Everything was so easy. Pleasantly stocked. Bud was super friendly to talk to, and deal with. He even called me to check in when my wife and group hadn’t got there on anticipated time to make sure nothing had happened. Golf cart was a plus especially with my 4 year old. Can’t go wrong here and most definitely would rent from him again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here & couldn’t have asked for a better home to enjoy our OL Halloweekend trip in! Bud and Tammy have created such a lovely space underneath which we thoroughly enjoyed with our little one! Bud was very responsive and accommodating for us. Their home is fully stocked so anything you may forget most likely they will have there. Being able to use the beach equipment they’ve provided as well as their pack n play for our little was a nice bonus as well!

Bud & Tammy have a beautiful home, very clean and games for that rainy day we had during Hurricane Idalia. The golf cart is super nice & there are chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc in the shed. The owner checked on us during the storm & had great communication from booking to check-out. We have stayed many places in ocean lakes and this is by far our favorite =highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay! When we arrived it was clean, smelled amazing and everything was exactly as pictured. They aren't lying when they say the house is well stocked, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We cooked a few dinners here, enjoyed the hang out area below the house and loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We even made it an ongoing joke about the funny sound the trashcan makes when it closes. The beds were all super comfortable, it was very nice having all linens included. We had a small toddler here (2 yrs old) and it was very easy to watch him considering the house is even equipped with child safety locks. It was also nice having the smart tv in the living room so we could watch his favorite show at nighttime before bed. Bud was VERY responsive the entirety of our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough. The location was awesome, just a short golf cart ride to the beach but still on a very quiet street. If you're thinking about booking I definitely wouldn't hesitate, this place was nothing short of amazing and felt like home away from home!

Clean home with all amenities and beach toys included for a great spring break with 2 young kids. Great location: close to the beach and 2 playgrounds for the kids to run around but not in the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with lots of fun kids activities a short car ride away.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at the beach house at 1259 Sharks Tooth Trail in Myrtle Beach. The house included everything we needed. We just melted into our bed in the master bedroom. Any questions we had were immediately answered by phone and/or text. A wonderful place to chill out and enjoy the beach. We'll be back next year for sure!

The property was wonderful, very clean and had everything you could ask for in a rental. Our host Bud was very responsive with any questions we had. We had two single moms and three teenage girls in our party for a long weekend. Luckily we had great weather it being Veterans Day weekend. Like I mentioned this property has everything!! We even enjoyed a wonderful breakfast making our girls homemade waffles with their waffle maker. I definitely recommend staying here if you ever get the opportunity. Hopefully we will get a chance to go back during the warmer season.

You can tell that the owners of the property put their heart and soul in Furnishing and decorating and making your stay as perfect as possible. I would not have changed a thing. Everything you need is right there at your fingertips. The place was so perfect I did not want to leave. And I will definitely stay again next year.

Bud was great with the check in process and letting us know about the early check in weeks before we arrived. Everything in the house was clean and tidy. The golf car was great for getting to and from the beach and the spot on the ground floor was a great spot to relax at night. An added bonus was the washer and dryer in the house and not having to go to the laundromat at the campground. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and our first time visit to Ocean Lakes - and it was perfect! Our kids are 5 and 10 and OL had everything we needed. The house is in a great location within OL. Quiet but close to everything. The kitchen has more than you need to make just about anything and having the grill was great too! Everything was super clean and orderly. The golf cart is adorable and we loved seeing how everyone decorated theirs. The outdoor shower was key! The kids used it every day. The lower patio is super relaxing and perfect for hanging out with family. Definitely recommend!
