This home will accommodate everyone comfortably, perched on the second story of one of the most beautiful condominium developments in Sandbridge! Step out onto the extra large wraparound balcony and experience stunning ocean views and bay views that are absolutely unforgettable. With over 2,000 square feet of bright, open, relaxing space, there is more than enough room for everyone to fully enjoy their vacation. The spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and is equipped with everything you'll need to make and enjoy wonderful meals. This home is filled with lovely, beach-style, comfortable furnishings, and fun decor throughout, this condo will make you feel right at home. Head downstairs to choose from three different, in-ground pools, with multiple top-of-the-line Viking gas grilling stations, and more than enough teak outdoor tables and chairs for everybody. Grill up some surf and turf and let the kids splash in the pool! With just a quick ride down the elevator, your toes will be on the sandy shores of the Atlantic, right on the wide, beautiful, beach in Sandbridge to have fun in the waves or simply sit and watch the dolphins play. Take a drive or bike ride and tour the wild beauty of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, where you'll experience untouched, natural sand dunes, bald eagles, Herons, Sea Turtles, and all the unique beauty Back Bay has to offer. The Sandbridge fishing pier is just next door or fish in the surf! Across the street, right on the bay, is The Baja Restaurant, a local favorite and fixture in Sandbridge for more than 30 years offering a fantastic menu and bar. Watch the locals boat up for an evening of fun and enjoy some great music too! Even on a rainy day, there is plenty to do with the fitness facilities and or onsite library. With just an easy drive you can explore the Virginia Marine Science Museum where you'll see sharks, seals, and you can even pet the stingrays in the ray pool! Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were directly over the mexican restaurant which was overwhelming. The description of being a bay view was misrepresented. You had to look very hard to see it.

Spacious condo. GREAT balcony!!! Ocean view but obstructed. Having only 2 swipe keys and 2 parking passes was frustrating for a 4 bedroom condo

Beautiful, spacious, and quiet.

Beautiful, spacious, and quiet.

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. We had plenty of room for adults and toddlers to play and relax. The master bedroom could use a little attention. One of the drawers on the armoire is broken, and the window coverings do not keep out the outdoor building and parking lot lights at night so the bedroom stays fairly bright during the night, making it a little hard to sleep.
