Great simple play to stay in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown!

Exactly what we needed

Very nice, comfy home.

We had six girls and the nest thermostat stayed at 74. We couldn’t turn it down we tried and then it would cool down for two or three hours and then it would go right back up like it was Pre programmed. Then the kitchen table only had three chairs and we found one of the chairs that was broken out in the garage, so thank God I brought a folding table and chairs to accommodate all of us. Outside around the fire pit most of the chairs were broken and leaned up against the house. And again, thankfully, we bought camping chairs so we had enough chairs to sit around the fire pit. Then we wanted to grill out couldn’t find the grill for a while. Finally found it in the shed. It was a collapsible grill and the propane tank was unhooked. We had to bring it up to the garage and hook it up to the tank and to fit six burgers on. It was really tight. It was a very small grill I feel that there should’ve been a full-size grill already out in the back set up ready to go. And two of the bedrooms there was no window coverings or blinds, and there was no box fans in any of the rooms. And there was only one TV in the living room, they weren’t any in the bedrooms. And the additional parking was not in walking distance, we had to drive down the road and park on the side of the road by an elementary school. Could not park a vehicle in the garage because there was stuff stored in there so only two vehicles could fit in the driveway.
