Good place to stay for events at Vystar Arena

This house was perfect for our family wedding that took place at The Glass Factory! Close in proximity to the airport, coffee, shops, restaurants, and the venue itself! The property manager was so wonderful to work with - he answered all questions promptly and was very helpful with information about the area.

The host was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions or concerns that we had in that very moment. This was a great place for my family to stay and enjoy our concert experience.

This was a great spot for attending any event downtown. It’s just minutes away from Vystar Arena and Jaguars home stadium but the neighborhood is very quiet so you’d never now you were that close. Samvel was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!!!!

The property is stunning. Six of us stayed in the house and we had tons of space and it was close to everything. I highly recommend the house.

The house was perfect for our family’s quick weekend getaway to see a football game at the TIAA Bank Field. The stadium was only about a mile and a half away. The house was beautiful and very clean. Sam (the host) was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole family enjoyed their stay!

This was our first experience of renting a vacational rental, and it was great. The house was super clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 9 (with 3 kids). The only issue we had was that the first night was that the temperature in the house was a little too cold for us (the A/C is set to a certain temperature), so we contacted the host and he was super fast to reply and solve our problem. Other than that we had no issues, we surely look forward coming back someday.

My wife and I are traveling with work after hurricane Ian, dealing with uncertain schedules and having a 1 year old. The house is perfectly located in the center of Jacksonville close to everything. My wife was training in office and I was working remote. We checked out of our hotel at 11 and having the baby it's hard to just sit around while the house was ready at 4. Samuel really came through as an amazing host and let me check in early on a day where someone was in the unit. They happened to check out at 930am he hired extra cleaning help to get us in the home by 12pm. We were so thankful for that. The house was perfectly clean and beautiful to say the least. Everything we needed and an amazing selection of coffee. We look forward to coming again!!

The first glance of the Springfield revitalization is just WOW. My family lives in an 1893 historic home and we are doing a lot of the remodeling work ourselves, so I commend you and the state of this property. The stained glass and the wood floors throughout, absolutely loved it. The stairs and hand rails were solid. That there was so much adequate sleeping space and bathrooms, excellent. The restaurants and activity that is popping up on Main St in Springfield is very exciting. Although we did not visit any of these places on this trip as we already have our short list of places to visit when we come to town, we would certainly like to visit again and check out this scene. Samuel was a great host that made suggestions about what was around the area. We would love to stay here again in a heartbeat. However, I took a poll from the guests that stayed and a few minor things seemed amiss. 1) The AC was set out of range and with VRBO acting up it presented a challenge while unpacking luggage and people. But again, Samuel was very attentive and got the temp adjusted remotely right away. I feel like it is not unreasonable that guests not encounter this issue though. 2) The master shower glass is not adequately sealed from water getting outside. Even though I personally was careful to orient the shower head as to not spray directly on the door or anything like that, water was still creeping around and getting outside. Took some manual cleanup to remedy after each shower. 3) There were no bath rags in the baths. We did find them in the laundry room in the cabinet. There probably should be a few more of them, and the towels could be slightly larger. I know it is a challenge to host a property when some guests may they steal the towels or whatever, I understand. But since my family and I travel a lot, we super appreciate the little extras like "bath sheets" or whatever. 4) There was only the 1 queen bed upstairs that was 'dressed' with a top sheet. We did look around, we had a couple of twin sheets that we brought with us, meh it was a minor thing for us to not bother Samuel about but seemed a bit out of place. So, look, Samuel was nice and attentive when contacted and we would love to visit Case de Blues again, I just mention these things because if no one else tells you about it, then you'd never know. Thanks for your efforts and please keep up the good work.

I booked this trip for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the house was near perfect . The chandelier and kitchen alone sold me and it looked even better in person. All of the rooms were clean, beautiful and cozy. The house location itself is in a downtown neighborhood that is only minutes away from great restaurants (we recommend Crispy’s and the happy grilled cheese) , there is also so much to do in the area for entertainment as well . The owner of the property was quick to respond and super helpful and understanding to our needs , thank you! Needless to say we left more than satisfied and I am ready to book with the owner again !

Looking for a perfectly picturesque quaint neighborhood close like REALLY close to downtown and the stadium area, AND centrally located from EVERYTHING?? Well then Springfield is the perfect neighborhood and this house is situated on an amazing block!! It's just far enough from Main St to be quiet but close enough to walk too. The large front porches were perfect for gathering and sitting and enjoying the quietness of evenings and the sounds of the afternoon showers. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, including guests (half bath under the stairs). For a large group of adults in town for week-long work conference, this was the perfect setup to have a 'home away from home. Would definitely book again next year if the conference is in the same city.

Booking and process for checking was smooth. Communication with property manager was very prompt. Home was as advertised and we had no issues with property.

The house has so much charm and character. The bathrooms are all redone. The house is just as listed. We would stay here again.
