An open concept living room-kitchen area allows for family and friends to easily enjoy each other's company. The first floor features 2 bedrooms and a full bath with washer and dryer for guest use. Up the stairs, you'll find the loft which is a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet. A half bath is available in the loft.
You may encounter wildlife as we've seen bear, deer and turkeys!
There is a pond within walking distance to fish and boat, if you wish!
Sullivan County is a beautiful area with 2 state parks: World's End and Ricketts Glen.

We had a wonderful time at the Ott Spot. It was a great rental for our family (2 small kids). The outdoor space was good for relaxing with a nice front porch and campfire area. The scenery around the house was beautiful. Inside, the house had everything we needed for our time away. The a/c was very appreciated and kept the whole house cool. The rental is within 20 minutes of Worlds End State park and several other hiking areas.
