About this bed and breakfast
This NEW 1000 square foot Southwestern Santa Fe style casita is located on a 6 acre property behind the main home. It is accessed by its own private road and parking, and is elevated behind the main home with some spectacular 360 degree views of the Sandia Mountains! The mountains are so close....you feel like you can touch them! The floor plan is open and the ceiling in the living room/dining is a striking wood viga and latilla ceiling. You are surrounded by beauty both inside and out. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the home is filled with designer furnishings and artwork..

We loved the beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Judy is such a lovely and thoughtful host. Her place is beautifully decorated. My husband and I felt very peaceful and relaxed here. So many things to do nearby. One of our favorites was taking the scenic drive to Santa Fe on NM 4 through the Jemez mountains. Some of the wonderful culinary experiences we enjoyed were Maharaja Indian Cuisine and Tula's Kitchen in Albuquerque, Chai Yo (Thai) in Santa Fe (El Dorado area), Brekki Brekki in Rio Rancho for breakfast and Blade's Bistro in Placitas for dinner.Do yourself a favor and book your stay.

The casa was perfect for my husband and me. Full stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and lovely view. Just wish we could have seen the wild horses. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a get away that's quiet and away from the crowds. Also highly recommend the Blades Bistro and the Placitas Pizza Co.

The Pajarito-Casita is exactly as depicted, simply delightful. Our check-in and check-out was seamless. Communication with the host was just the right amount.The residence is private and quiet. It was a wonderful in-between location for our trips to Albuquerque and Santa Fe during our week long stay. We particularly enjoyed the Turquoise Trail.The home is well equipped for meals on the patio or in the dining room. We did both. We ate at The Range Cafe in Bernalillo twice; it was that good and so convenient to our location with charming decor as a bonus.Overall we found this VRBO just right for 2 people.

A well appointed and lovely home in a beautiful desert setting. All the comforts of home with a very accessible owner and super helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We are already making plans to return. You will NOT be disappointed with your stay or your experience!
