Situated in Kiawah Island, this lovely house for $624 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 350 Low Oak Woods is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home in West Beach Village. This home boasts an open floor plan with 2,850 sq ft of inviting interiors, screened porch, furnished deck with BBQ grill, tranquil golf course views of Cougar Point’s 11th, and easy access to Kiawah Island’s pristine beaches, just a short 8-minute walk from the home. 350 Low Oak Woods' main living room opens directly into the dining room, while the kitchen overlooks both areas. The kitchen is equipped with a new range and ample counter space for preparing a delicious family dinner after a fun day on the beach or biking the trails. A screened porch is located just off the dining room leading out to an open deck overlooking Cougar Point’s 11th fairway with a gas grill for outdoor dining and BBQs. Recent updates include new refrigerator, hardwood floors, custom shelving in the living room and new flat screen televisions! This West Beach vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first level and equipped with flat screen TVs. The master suite includes a king bed and private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are joined by a jack-n-jill bath. One room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 double beds. Upstairs you will find the very private 4th bedroom/mother-in-law suite complete with separate sitting area, small kitchenette and private bath with both tub and shower. The upstairs sitting area has recently been transformed into the 5th bedroom featuring a double bed (pictures to come soon). West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with quaint villa rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe. You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston. Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access. Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 12. Bring your beach towels, as they are not included with the house! This is an amazingly located property, within minutes of the beach. Located on the golf course this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that need updating such as a few mattress pads, but as aide from that I see us returning to this property very soon!

This is the second year we have stayed at this home. It is very nice and large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 3 young children. It is located a short bike ride to the beach on a lovely street. However, with 3 young toddlers, biking to the beach is not possible due to all the gear needed. So for that reason I wish it were a little closer to the beach. I love the suite over the garage! Quiet and away from the noise of the main living space. My only complaint is that there are just not enough dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house can accommodate. I felt like we were washing dishes by hand after every meal so that we could eat our next meal. There were only 10 plates in the house. So not enough to run the dishwasher efficiently. I'm not a fan of doing dishes multiple times a day while on vacation. I did express my feelings last year regarding the dishes, so I was hoping it was resolved when we booked this year. Seems like a pretty inexpensive fix to an annoying problem. Having said this, I would stay here again because it is a nice place, I would just bring paper plates and plastic utensils.

This is our fourth time staying at this location. It appears that there needs to be some upgrades to the appliances and overall appearance. There was black mildew in the room over the garage and we had no AC when we checked in. Someone came about an hour later and put a band aid on the unit. Fortunetly it lasted all week.

We have been coming to Kiawah for many years and this property ranks among the best. It has a great layout and was clean. It could use some updating of appliances, however everything was in working order. The location is great,an easy walk to the beach. Loved the screened porch and deck area and the suite over the garage allowed for privacy for our infant grandchild at nap and bedtime. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the house had previously been occupied by renters that had no respect for the property. Despite a cleaning lady trying to clean the unit before our time to enter she simply could not get it all done. She stayed later. But the home had damage as well. We could not use the porch or the living room. We found dishes with food and grease etc. still on dishes and in the pots and pans stored in the cupord. Pam Harrington sent someone over and they clened for five hours. They also fixed the screen on the porch and repaired the light fixtures. Without their effort we would not have had a good stay. General Condition initially was vwery poor but was great later.

Nice, quiet area. A short 5 minute walk to the beach, which is very clean. Check out the activities at Freshfields Village. Cannot take advantage of many island amenities if not with the resort (pools, etc.). House needs a little TLC but is still very nice with a great layout. Rent the bikes and enjoy the island scenery!

everything was great again this year...had the issue of getting into the community pool (we only used it one day), but it was resolved quickly. Only issue I saw with the house was a knob was off a cabinet in the wash room. everything else was great - thanks for the new grill and the patio furniture!!

This was our 30th visit to Kiawah in April and we had a great trip as usual. Our grandson being with us for the first time made not having access to the resort amenities a bigger issue than it has been in the past. The house has excellent bones and location, but could use some sprucing up (main room carpet) and be better equipped in the kitchen (more dishes and glassware). PH staff is always terrific.
