Large deck on upper with Pellet Grill and a larger deck on lower level with hot tub. Games to keep everyone busy such as corn hole, toss rings. Garage is game room with darts, pool table shuffleboard, ring toss and large TV. Google home throughout home. **Bicycles and inflatable kayaks for rent. I brought my daughter and several of her friends to celebrate her 18th birthday. The house was beautiful and spacious, and the girls had a wonderful time playing games, watching movies, enjoying the hot tub, and just spending time with each other. This was the perfect space for all of that!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood near Bella Vista close to the back 40 trail system. Travel to Bentonville was approximately 20 minutes and we did that quite often. The house itself is great for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the multiple games available in the garage. Would highly recommend!

Home was very clean, spacious, fun and cozy. The garage full of games for teens and adults to stay busy. Rooms and living room are very spacious, Enough for my big family of 14. Towels and bed sheets were found in great condition. Beautiful place to stay for a weekend. Highly recommend!

Home had everything we needed. No complaints. Very clean and spacious. Loved the hot tub and two king beds. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time.

Everything was as advertised. House was awesome. Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. We had 7 with room to spare. The garage kept everyone entertained every night. Came out from Phoenix to mountain bike. Really centrally located for trail access. Would highly recommend and would be back except I liked it so much I bought a house there. LOL.

Everything worked out great with this rental. Location was perfect for back forty biking access. The house itself was newly finished, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities that you could possibly image and then some. The Property management contact was also very responsive with follow up on questions which made for a great experience overall. Definitely a place we will consider for future Bentonville travel.
