About this apartment rental
This condo is located in an upscale, prestigious & peaceful community just outside downtown Sacramento, also known as North Natomas & minutes from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) & the I5 and 80 Freeway. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & full size washer & dryer in the unit. Wifi / internet & Smart TV is included so you can stream your own apps. The living room comes with a pull out bed couch. Most of the items in this unit are new or nearly new. Comes with your own attached 1 car garage. If long term stay; utilities (gas, electric, water) included up to $200 per utility. Any overages will be billed to the guest based on actual utility invoices. By booking guests agree to these terms. Long term must also sign a rental lease. No matter how long staying must show ID with host.

Michaels place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near grocery stores and close to all the lovely restaurants of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Michael was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!
