Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property. • Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. • Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. • Please use the smart lock for self-check-in. • Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. • Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. • The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed. • Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
