Smart key code will be given and keys in the unit will be provided. Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that this is an upper unit (spans second and third floor) of a home that requires climbing stairs, so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Being an older Victorian home, it also does have some unique ceiling heights and slopes to be aware of. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority! *Other details to note* If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! The Blue Belle is a non-smoking residence. No smoking of any kind (cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.) is permitted. This is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors nearby.Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. This property is part of a 4-plex home, so please respect our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am. There is a $100.00 fee charged if the key to The Blue Belle is lost. That is what it costs to have the locks changed to protect future guests, and us.

We were so pleased with this property! It was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, a quick drive to downtown and very accessible to the freeway. The kitchen was very well equipped and we weren't in want for any amenity. We would recommend this property to our family and friends!

Our group of six had a wonderful time in this large and clean home. It’s bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures even. It was very well appointed with coffee fixings and lots of good cooking tools, wine glasses, etc. everyone thought it was cute for our girls weekend, and was nice and walkable to downtown yet still quiet and comfortable

My father and I stayed at the Blue Belle for 3 nights while on a golf trip playing The Club at Lac La Belle golf course. We were extremely happy with the property and the hosts. We could not have had a better time and the place was exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again. We were only a short walk to downtown and the lake which was great. I also would highly recommend going to dinner at the Italian restaurant Lago Su Bella which was about 4 blocks away. The view of the lake from the restaurant was great and the Ricotta Gnocchi was unbelievable.

I've rented a lot of Vrbo type properties over the years and this is by far the best I've ever been to. The attention to detail, the wonderful styling, a million little loving touches put in… It's obvious that the hosts care deeply and have put every single but of expert hospitality into this rental. I've never felt more at home, and it's in a beautiful area to boot! When I couldn't find coffee, I asked the host about it and almost immediately a bag of organic coffee was delivered outside of our door. Incredible! I couldn't recommend this place more highly and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We needed a place to stay for a family gathering in Oconomowoc. The rental was conveniently located just blocks from downtown. The apartment was very clean and very charming. There was an ample supply of towels and other necessities in the rental. I would highly recommend the apartment for those able to do steps. I would rent again if the need should arise. Lovely place.

This is a great property in a great location. My wife and I each commented on the attention to detail, so many little things that were done to make it more comfortable. The reading room is super cool and it was easy to feel at home.

We really enjoyed our time at the Blue Belle while staying for the weekend of my husband's triathlon in town. The location offers just a perfect walk into town for pastries, ice cream, or dinner (and it is very close to the great beach park). The apartment is more spacious than expected and it had plenty of room for a family with children. Well stocked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and very fun unique decor details all around the space. We had responsive communication from the owners. We'd stay again if we are in the area!

I would have given this place a rating of 100 stars, but it wasn’t an available option. We absolutely loved it. The charming decor coupled with its prime location make it the perfect destination all vacationers. In fact, it was so nice that my wife and I want a Victorian as our next dream home. Amazing stay!!!!

This was one of the best vacation rental properties we have ever stayed at. It was just 2 of us (so the extra 2 bedrooms weren't needed) but loved all the space. I'm kind of geeky about kitchen stuff and my measure of host attention to detail are sharp knives and they were. It was a wonderful location for visiting a family member in Shorehaven and another in town (room to entertain). My only reluctance about giving it a 5 star rating is that someone else may swoop in when we want to visit again. My early questions were answered quickly and completely.

Peaceful, playful, perfect location

The home and amenities were exactly as described. We were a group of five girlfriends for an informal high school reunion and wanted to be in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and outdoor activities. Two full bathrooms was a must - and the kitchen afforded every utensil or serving piece we needed for our meals in. Highly recommend - and suggest you book quickly...as I suspect this will become a lake country VRBO in demand.
