Everything that was in the description was spot on. Very clean house. Very well appointed kitchen, everything you could need was there. Comfortable chairs and couch. Outside patio was great. Swivel chairs and couches by fir pit. All very neat and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Three full baths are great to have with a large group. The neighborhood was minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Great location. Quiet neighborhood!! Highly recommend this home for any season!The owners respond time was minutes!

This was the nicest house we have ever rented through VRBO. It was clean, well appointed and not run down. Christina was able to let us in a few minutes before the scheduled time.
