About this condo rental
Situated in Seacrest Beach, this charming condo for $263 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach! All furniture (seats 6 comfortably), beds (king, 2 full), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized. The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 4 people, 3 bar stools, and a kitchen that is well stocked. Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo. Entire condo is tiled. Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies. Beach items are not supplied by owner. Whatever is in the beach closet is what is left from previous guests. We do supply beach towels. We provide bath towels and linens for you to use We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access. Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive. Come relax and enjoy!

Our first impression was that this condo had been beautifully renovated. I’ve stayed at beach places that look like they’ve been decorated with decor from a local beach dollar store. This place looks like the owner hired an interior designer who has real talent with a real eye for design. Quality pieces from paintings to lighting to furnishings. The place was very clean. Loved that the a/c worked so well. Property manager was quick to respond and to help with all inquiries. I’ve been staying at Cocoa beach for decades. This is my new favorite place. :)

Communication with owner was great! The room itself was very nice and clean and very roomy for our family. However the property itself just wasn’t for us. We have 4 small kids that couldn’t play with there pool toys or floats at the pool, there was also no food allowed which also with kids snacks is a must, there was a woman ever night at the pool watching everyone and trying to tell them not to do so and so around or in “her” pool so not even sure who the woman was.
Again the room itself was a great stay, just not the property.

Pros:
The condo was immaculately clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The unit is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The king bed was very comfortable. There are two baths, both with showers. The guest bath has a spacious vanity. There is a large capacity washer and dryer set to handle big loads easily. The main TV also has a DVD player. The complex is only steps to the beach and a washing station is available to clear sand. A good variety of beach equipment was available, including a cooler and insulated bag to carry beach lunches, and a few cold packs were available in the freezer to keep food cool. Nice bath towels are provided. The pool is kept clean and is easily accessed by all units. A full service grocery store is only minutes away. The unit has a large patio with nice furniture. It’s a great spot for morning coffee and beach viewing. We were able to watch a Kennedy Space Center launch in the middle of the night right from the patio which was a terrific benefit.
Cons:
The unit has a very dated kitchen and the fridge door shelves are broken and not useable. A larger group would struggle with the lack of door space. The ice maker also doesn't operate, so you'll need to jockey ice trays or buy ice for yourself. The master bathroom is tiny with no counter space. Lighting in the bathrooms wasn't great, but the light over the guest vanity was good for makeup. Overall, the unit is nicely decorated but a bit dated due to the age of the building. Only the patio door had screens which was unfortunate. The patio door screens kept falling off the track and don't close all the way, so this was a bit frustrating when accessing the patio. Similarly, the living room curtains are difficult to get closed for nighttime privacy. The furniture was comfortable but showed some wear and tear (some staining and fading) on the couches. All other furniture appeared to be in new condition. Only one blanket was provided (king size). All beds had only a sheet and light comforter upon arrival. Beach towels while clean and in good condition are only bath towel sized which is a bit small for drying off after a swim or for lying on the beach.
Overall: Well worth the rental even with the cons. The rental manager was easily reachable and quickly responsive to our questions. The complex is in a great location and is well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again.

Jennifer is a great hostess. Property campus noisy due to construction. Ruined the pool experience. Beautiful heated pool and available in the evening which is so nice.
Also very very nice beach! Great restaurants.
Wish our condo had smart TVs. But the master bed has THE most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

We really enjoyed this condo on the beach. It was the perfect base for the week of fun and sun. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony, which has great views of the beach, departing cruise ships and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was easy and Jennifer always responded in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect fit for our family!
Jennifer was excellent to work with. Property was clean and included all the essentials. The balcony faces Kennedy Space center and if you're lucky like us can view nightime launches if this is your thing or just soak up sun on great Cocoa Beach sand. This property worked perfectly for our young family.

Incredible vibes and views
Such a wonderful property! The place was very clean, well kept and very charming. Did I mention the great views of the ocean and Cape Canaveral Harbor. We could see Kennedy Space Center from the balcony on clear days. We watched the ships come and go.
Very welcoming community and the entire complex is family friendly. We all would definitely rebook.

Just As Advertised
I stayed at this condo with my wife and son for his Senior year spring break. We all loved the spaciousness, ocean views, and overall layout. The close proximity to the beach (1 minute walk), pool and ease for parking were greatly appreciated.
The condo was just as advertised on the website. We would definitely stay here again and Jennifer was a superb host.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room was comfortable and homey. Liked the fact that I could be in the kitchen cooking and still feel a part of the conversation in LR. Easy check in and out. Property was well maintained. Grill in common area was not very good. Did not use it because of the condition it was in. Would recommend this unit to friends and family. We would return and stay here as well
