Nestled in Prescott, this attractive condo for $98 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We want to share our love of music with you in this 100 year old Downtown Prescott Apartment. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is full of character, offers you all you'll need during you stay and being only 1.5 blocks away, it is the perfect home base for enjoying everything Downtown Prescott has to offer. You'll also be located in a central part of town to be able to hop in the car and take a quick drive to the lakes and parks around town. Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott. Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those for the adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is an 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy! INSIDE THE HOME Living room: Here you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart tv or set up your computer at the desk to get a little work done. For additional sleeping there is a twin sized daybed and trundle. Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possible need to feel at home. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster, blender. You will also find an Alexa to ask to play your favorite songs while cooking your favorite meals! Bathroom: Located in the bedroom, it includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity. Bedroom: A queen sized bed, bed side shelves, dresser and a wardrobe hanger and black out blinds for sleeping in. Laundry room: Off the kitchen you will find the stacked washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. Other Things to note: This home is equipped with portable AC units only OUTSIDE The back yard is fully fenced with a flagstone patio with an outdoor dining table and umbrella for shade. It is a perfect spot to visit with your group and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. There is also a propane BBQ grill. A great spot to enjoy your morning coffee is the front porch. With the morning shade it is the perfect place to sit back and watch the people and cars pass by. *Other things to note* This home is equipped with portable AC units only Please Note: This property has an ring camera on the front door only. TBT #21139594 BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters. PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by VRBO. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office. Pets or No Pets; It's the guest's responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we've confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you're required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

We definetly enjoyed our stay. Its hard to find a place that will allow multiple dogs. The space was very clean although the backyard still had alot of dog poop from previous people that we had to pick up to keep our dogs safe with the virus going around. The light was broken out back but they were very quick to have maintenance cone fix it. The inside of the property was fantastic though. Clean and cozy. It is a very old house so keep that in mind but we definetly will be staying here again. Only thing i wish they could add is designated parking. There is a garage in the back that belongs to the unit but we were not allowed to park there so that is something I wish would be adjusted.

Property is in a cute, older four-plex. You will hear the resident in the apartment above. We also heard someone playing a guitar but not sure which neighbor. They did not play late in the evening so we weren’t concerned. The location is ideal and just a couple blocks from Whiskey Row. The property is on a corner of a busy street and traffic can be heard through the single pane windows. Parking is on the street but that wasn’t an issue for us. There are steps up to front door and down to the backyard. Again, no issue for us but others may find this a concern. The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed the fire pit. It is however very dark in the yard even with the light of the fire pit. We used the flashlight on our phones to give extra light. As other guests have commented, the shower water pressure is horrible. We were able to rinse shampoo out of our hair with the limited water stream but someone with long hair may find it difficult. The pressure from the tub spigot is fine - it’s just the shower which has poor pressure. A filled trash bag was in the backyard from previous guests but we placed it in the garbage bin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has so much charm and character. The old style really made it feel like home. The backyard was much larger than expected and was just perfect to sit and enjoy the weather and let my dog run around. Location was perfect just being a few blocks from courthouse plaza. We pretty much walked everywhere.
I did take off one star for two reasons. 1 - no designated parking spot. With the way people drive, I did not feel comfortable parking my car on the street so close to a stop sign. Would be nice if there was some way to park in the gravel in front of the house (as we saw other cars do in front of neighboring houses) without getting blocked in. 2 - shower was horrible. Not sure if the shower head is clogged or just needs to be changed, but the water pressure on the tub did not translate to the shower. It was hard to take a shower and feel really clean. We resorted to just using the water from the tub spout to freshen up.
Checking in and out was pretty simple, the only thing we noted was different instructions for the trash. The email said to place in bin inside garage (which didn't exist), but the booklet instructions said to place in trash bin, which we couldn't find. Not sure how there was a mixup, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again (if the shower gets fixed 😉).

The location was stellar! Short walk to restaurants and entertainment! We loved the private fenced backyard for our pups! The music theme decor was a nice touch! Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Everything we needed!

Great place if you're ever in Prescott. The unit is exactly as it was advertised. It was clean, well kept and I loved the music theme. Spacious kitchen if you like to cook and it has its own fenced in yard for additional privacy. Communication with the management company was seamless. It is also walking distance to the downtown area and short driving distance to grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, pleasant outdoor space, and conveniently located. Enjoyed the musical themed decor. We couldn’t figure out the tv but the WiFi worked fine. A good fit for us and we hope to visit again.

Good property as advertised. Good for couples or single. We had our teenager with us to tour embry riddle and he says the sofa bed was comfortable. TV only streams no cable/satellite. Nice backyard area. Unit is one unit in a building of four units so you’ll see/hear the neighbors.

The property is just as described. It is the perfect walking distance to the courthouse square. When we walked in we were surprised with lots of little holiday touches, so cute. Our 2 golden retrievers were able to use the doggy door and access the backyard anytime they needed. We plan on staying again.

Home was an excellent get away location. Very clean, well stocked with every essential item, backyard was so nice. Would highly, highly recommend this property and the management team. All questions asked, were quickly answered. A truly wonderful getaway gem!

This property had everything that we needed and was 100% dog friendly. Great neighborhood for walking the dog and only 1 1/2 blocks from the town square. When we had a question the host answered us right away. We are looking forward to staying here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was perfection! Stayed at this location for a quick weekend getaway from the city with our dogs. The location was fantastic, just a short little walk to downtown Prescott. The backyard was fully fenced for our dogs, we all had a great time! Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking around downtown with ease. The condo looked recently renovated and it was very nicely done with good quality - still kept a lot of personality from the old building and the furniture/mattress/bedding/pillows were all extremely comfortable. Very clean! The decor was a very fun music theme. We appreciated that it was a dog friendly property and that they left two tennis balls for the pups! Just a side note; the coupon the property management left for a BOGO draft beer at LazyG's Brewery was expired, but the brewery honored it anyway. Also property management took a few days to respond to an inquiry requesting pet fees; recommend listing pet fees on the VRBO page or responding faster to inquiries.

The location of condo was great. However, after a long drive, my wife needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was obvious the inside of the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. I had to scrub it out. I couldn't find any cleaning products. We noticed the carpet in the bedroom needed to be professionally cleaned. It had black stains around the edges. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty, dried blood from meat, under the glass shelf. We found black hair frozen in water in the ice bin. The utensil drawers were dirty inside. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. This house does not reflect a premier provider!
We will never stay here again!

Close to downtown
Our getaway from the heat, it was wonderful. Close enough to walk to Whiskey Row. Condo was comfortable. All amenities were as described. Backyard was big and so nice to have coffee in the morning and Wine at night. Property management was really easy to work with! We enjoyed days at Watson Lake, only 6 miles away and a day at Heritage Park Sanctuary, fun day trips close by. This condo is a great home base. Only suggestion…the shower head needs to be replaced, there was no water pressure. Still could take showers but it would be better with a new shower head. We will stay again.
