About this house rental
Over 90 5 Star Reviews on Airbnb. Cozy large townhome with over 1,600 square feet. Nicely decorated and very comfortable and updated furniture and TV's. Beautiful private beach and close to everything that Tahoe has to offer. We are a 3 minute walk to a private beach, walking distance to trails, golf, Kings Beach and more. Northstar is about 12 minutes away. The Nevada border and gambling is about 10 minutes away. We have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for you to use as well. That's $200+ a day in savings vs renting at Kings Beach.
We also have a short haired dog that is with us when we stay at this home for those of you that have allergies to dogs.

We booked this property because of the location and the fact that it has buoy access for our boat. The condo and property were amazing. Private beach with beach chairs and umbrellas ready to go. Property also has kayaks and paddle boards. It was so nice to have to bring it all. Jeff, the owner, had great communication after I booked and answered any questions I had. It was a great stay!

What a place! Lake Tahoe is amazing and gorgeous!! The house is fantastic and has everything you need. It’s a great location at a private beach literally 2 minute walk away. We had the best time here! Jeff is so accommodating and helpful and does all he can to make your stay great!
My only disappointment was that we only stayed 2 nights. I’d stay a week next time.

Loved that the host had kayaks and paddleboards for us to use. Communication was quick and stay was perfect for our daughter's graduation celebration trip.
