Located just one block from the gondola and chair-lift 7, nestled amongst shady trees, is a unique offering in the town of Telluride. Heritage House is an exquisite townhome in the center of Telluride. Enjoy the greenbelt for year-round walking, running, cycling, in-line skating, and other recreational activities. You have all of Telluride's best restaurants and activities right at your fingertips, as well as the luxury of having access to world-class slopes and trails from your front porch. As soon as you arrive at Heritage House, you'll notice the sigh-worthy views of gaping canyons and jagged mountain ranges that abound this home. You'll find a classic living room that boasts a traditional mountain feel, this space is equipped with white walls, timber floors, and large windows that capture glorious scenic views. The living room boasts a spectacular fireplace and a regal selection of vintage seating options. A traditional country-style kitchen with a large island bar, dishwasher, and microwave offers plenty of stainless steel appliances so you can feel like a chef. There are plenty of granite countertops here that allow you to cater and entertain during significant social occasions. The kitchen is also equipped with a four-burner stovetop, grill, and a wide oven. There is a second living area past the kitchen. This designated lounge area has a gas fireplace embedded in a gorgeous stone wall with cozy furniture sprinkled throughout. The lovely, comfy, old-fashioned loungeroom is the place to relax and unwind. At the rear of the home, large doors open to a sunny courtyard complete with a barbeque grill and an alfresco dining area. The perfect spot to linger in the warm sunshine as you indulge in some homemade hamburgers. Upstairs, the inviting Primary Suite awaits. Here, vaulted log-beamed ceilings and vast bay windows create an oasis for all-day sleep-ins and relaxation. A chic seating area faces a gas fireplace and TV with framed views on either side: a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bath spa complete the primary retreat. The ensuite bath is like a day spa. House is in a premiere location with plenty of room. Pool table in the basement is an added benefit! Nice front yard and back area. Having the Friday farmers' market right out in front of the house was another unexpected benefit.

We had a wonderful time in Telluride! We were able to walk everywhere from this convenient home. We were all very comfortable and the home had everything our group of 6 needed:). The manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!

This property has the ultimate location just 4 houses from the gondola and short walks to the best restaurants in town. We didn't move our car once and the staff was excellent from start to finish. We loved our experience and will book this property again.

We were a group of 8 adults. The house is in the absolute perfect location. Easily walkable to the gondola and downtown Telluride. The accommodations were nice and management was very communicative. A couple drawbacks: 1 bedroom is in a loft above the garage The jets in the tub didn't work The TV in the main gathering area is quite small. We were very into watching sports, so this was the biggest group complaint. Overall, though the house is beautiful, we'll cared for and in a great location! I would recommend.
